I would highly recommend Mansfield Funeral home…Everyone was kind and understanding.Christi especially helped to make this difficult experience manageable. We had to transport our mother to another state so she could be with our father at their final resting place. They made all the arrangements. Everything went perfect. We were able to fulfill our mother’s final request.Christi and her staff were great at communicating and keeping us updated on the process. We could feel the love and support and that gave us great comfort. They even checked on us to see how we were doing afterwards. We give you 5 stars. Thank you so very much.

The follow up and check in on us after services were complete was appreciated. Beautiful facility, courteous staff and a sense of confidence from day 1 that they had it handled.

From the time I called until the end of the process they were absolutely amazing. I can’t imagine a more kind, considerate and communicative group of humans to ease the stress that comes along with having to plan for a loved one’s passing. Kevin was so kind and communicated everything as it came. I couldn’t have asked for more. The entire team was incredibly kind and informative and made sure we had everything covered and planned out with ease. I really appreciated this during an incredibly hard time.

My mom passed away last month and we were in a panic because I needed to get my mother back to Pennsylvania where she would be late to rest next to my dad I frantically had to search for a funeral home here in Texas to get my mother back to Pennsylvania to the funeral home there who would take care of her viewing and burial along with her Mass. I reached out to Mansfield Funeral Home and cremations and everyone there was wonderful from start to finish. They worked with my funeral director in Pennsylvania to ensure everything was handled here and there they got my mother there as quickly as possible and the funeral director in Pennsylvania said that they did everything wonderfully and for a wonderful price . They even reached out to me upon my return back from Pennsylvania. They turned my Panic into comfort they show their carrying their empathy and their sympathy all through the process I'm so glad I chose them

They were sensitive to my needs and handled the family and myself well, with care and discretion. This made the journey of loosing my love one a little more easier to walk through.

I cannot express enough how incredible EVERY person at Mansfield Funeral Home is. Everyone showed so much kindness and compassion - including the owner - during a very tough time for our family. They are so professional, always checking in but not overstepping. We always knew they were there for us. No one ever wants to be in the situation to be here - but know this group will make things easier for you!

My mother recently passed on June 12th in the very early morning. They were kind enough to not pick her up until I was able to see her one last time. They were able to meet with us later that day at a last minute request. Very kind and prepared for the appointment. As we were wanting to get business handled quickly so we could mourn the loss of our sweet mom. Mrytle was very helpful and available with any questions we had after the appointment. We as a family were so impressed with Mansfield Funeral home as they were caring and professional. We had lost our Dad in 2021 and did not have a great experience with the funeral home in Terrell Texas. We were pleasantly surprised at how much Mansfield helped us and made it less stressful for us. Thank you and I would definitely recommend .

I first learned about Mansfield Funeral Home in April 2024 after the sudden passing of my brother. At the time, we had his body initially picked up by a very prominent Collin County funeral home one that our family had always used in the past. Unfortunately, that experience was incredibly impersonal and left us feeling like just another number during a moment when compassion and care meant everything.

By divine appointment, we heard about Mansfield Funeral Home and made the decision to have my brother’s body transferred there. From the moment we walked through their doors, the difference was night and day. Before we even began discussing arrangements, they paused to pray with us something I will never forget. That simple gesture set the tone for what became an incredibly nurturing and supportive experience during one of the most difficult times in our lives.

The Mansfield staff truly treated us like family. They walked us through every step with empathy and patience, honoring my brother’s life with dignity and care. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and heartfelt service made all the difference.

When tragedy struck again in May 2025 with the loss of our father, there was no question where we would turn we immediately went back to Mansfield Funeral Home. Once again, they handled everything beautifully. They helped us coordinate a military service for my father, working closely with the Veterans Cemetery to ensure he was honored in the way he truly deserved. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the service itself was just beautiful.

What stands out most is that their care didn’t end at the service. They continued to check on us afterward offering support, encouragement, and even thanking me personally when I referred a friend to them. It’s that kind of kindness and follow-through that truly sets them apart.

Compared to the previous funeral home experience, where it felt cold and strictly transactional, Mansfield Funeral Home brought warmth, sincerity, and a deep sense of humanity. They didn’t just serve us they served with heart.

I want to give a special acknowledgment to Christie, Breanna, Myiesha, and Kevin. Christie, who is the CEO, was incredibly hands-on with our family both times and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. These are the individuals we personally worked with, and their compassion, dedication, and professionalism meant everything to us.

I cannot recommend Mansfield Funeral Home enough. Their staff is compassionate, professional, and genuinely dedicated to walking families through grief with grace. My family will continue to turn to them in times of need, and I’m grateful beyond words for the way they’ve cared for us not just once, but twice, in two of the hardest seasons of our lives.

I wanted to take a moment and thank the CEO and someone that I call friend since middle school Christie K. and Mansfield Funeral Home and Cremations. In Middle School she always said that her calling in life was to be a mortician. She is living her purpose and it was a no-brainer as to who would take care of my dad's services. She truly has a passion for what she does and I highly recommend her in the company. The facility is so beautiful and serene and I feel such peace saying goodbye to my father. Myrtle and Mansfield Funeral staff did an awesome job from start to finish. My mother’s death was sudden and unexpected and my sisters and I had no idea where to start. Myrtle was very patient with us and allowed us to take the time needed to make the necessary selections. We never felt rushed or pressured into getting something we did not need or want. She also respectfully stayed within the budget which was very much appreciated. My mother has been laid to rest a month now and the staff is still checking up on us and offering to connect us with any resources needed during the grieving phase. We’ve been treated like family through the whole process and that is rare these days. I would most definitely recommend Mansfield Funeral Home & Cremations to everyone in need whether it be for immediate or future planning.

The staff at Mansfield funeral Home & Cremation were excellent. Myiesha was professional and has outstanding communication skills. On the day (3/8/25) of my Dads Memorial service Myiesha, Kennedy, and Myrtle did a fantastic job comforting our family and helped ease the pain of such a difficult time.

I lost my grandson and had never planned a funeral before. I had no idea what I was doing. I had three funeral homes on my list to check out and I checked Mansfield funeral home as my first stop and after I sat down with Ms Christie, I knew then that’s who I wanted to handle the home going for my grandson. The facility is nice and beautifully laid out warm and welcoming environment. They were not only professional, but compassionate. They gave me a list of packages to choose from and I pick the one that fit me best. They were very helpful and pretty much took care of everything for me. The only thing I did was put in the special touches that I wanted, and they handled everything else. I want to thank them for a beautiful home going service for my grandson and a special thanks to Ms Myrtle for her sweet spirit.
