The sales staff are amazing here. Our salesperson Donnie Littlebrant was very attentive and listened to us when we told him what features we wanted on our new car. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction and was not pushy at all.

Brian the finance manager was also very friendly and came out to check with us to make sure we were satisfied with the deal we received.

They did not play the games that a lot of car dealerships do.

It was a relaxing atmosphere and a real pleasure to purchase a car from them.

This was my first time going to this dealership. It was very refreshing to not have a pushy salesman. I had the pleasure of working with George and his sales manager Phil. They have a large selection of vehicles to choose from which is great! If you have any questions, they are very knowledgeable about the vehicles and if they don't know the answer, they will find the answer. I will definitely be going back there when I am ready for another vehicle in the future!

Bought my first brand new car this week. Hyundai Tucson. Had a great experience with Burdick. George Delia was a very professional and all around great person to work with. No pressure, and when the deal was made he was wonderful in showing me how to use the operating system for the car. I would highly recommend George and Burdicks.

Approx a month ago we purchased a '25 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. Eric was extremely helpful in a selection based on our requirements. The deal and transfers were painless. We feel we made a good deal and got a fair trade-in price. Eric made it all go smoothly. There is a learning curve with the Tucson with all the driving assists, new navigation, etc
There are a lot of U-tube videos to watch and learn from and Burdock is also available. After 1700 miles we are getting 35.3 mpg. Very nice ride and plenty of amenities. Would recommend Hyundai and Burdick.

This specific Hyundai Dealership has been hell to deal with... Let me start by saying when I bought my car it was great, everything went smoothly. The service department is where it gets terrible. My turbo had gone on my vehicle and brought it here to have it fixed, they claimed nothing was wrong and acted like she knew nothing simply because she is a woman! But when I went in there with her they completely switched their tone and attitude towards us! Not to mention when I got the car back, it had pieces not attached properly! So I brought it to Mathews Hyundai and they took care of it right away under warranty. I HIGHLY recommend them for service over this place. Recently, I had to bring my car in for engine-related issues (issues that are still under warranty & RECALLED). It has been an absolute struggle with this dealership, they called one time over the span of WEEKS, with no communication at all, and left me with NO car claiming there are no loaners for them to give me. Meanwhile, I have been missing doctors appointments left and right since they refused to give me a car, It was 3 weeks before they had even plugged the diagnostic tool into the car!! I know that for a fact because I have sensors in the car that tell me if anyone even touches it! There is only 1 month left on my powertrain warranty and I'm almost 100% sure they are trying to wait until that is over so they can tell me I have to pay out of pocket for a new engine (this was a RECALL!)... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR VEHICLE!
