Incore is a great company to work with for your contracting needs. I had a small issue with my roof they did 4 1/2 years and had no issues with them coming out and fixing it under warranty. Very reputable company and backs all their work. So happy I had them do my work on my house.

Our home was restored to perfection. We had to call Incore when the other company failed to perform the required work. They came in and saved our home. We are completely satisfied with Incore, and our project manager Brian, was on top of everything. We call him night and day with questions and he answered everytime. He either knew the answer or had the answer the next day. We felt we were in good hands.

Incore Restoration Group was the best! We had an issue with our home after a big rain storm and called the insurance company. Our ins co recommended Incore. We were so glad we called!! Bill and his team came right out. He let us know what needed to be done that same day. Within a few days he had his crew out taking care of everything. They did a Great job. Bill did a follow up and he even called a few different times to see that we were okay or if we needed anything. After our original roof was destroyed by an extremely cold winter we went through our insurance company and with the help on Encore we were able to do a total replacement as the original material was no longer available. The Encore team was very helpful working with the insurance company and we chose the replacement material which was a faux slate. They had supplied two sites where we could see the material is place and that was quite reassuring. The job lasted about three weeks or more as there was quite a lot of material to place. They equipped the site with proper hygiene facilities and cleaned the site up every evening before they left. We couldn’t have been happier with the installation crew and the management team checked in frequently to be sure we were satisfied. After the job, Encore called back to make sure everything was working fine and we said that it was. The follow up was impressive. We also installed edge heaters so that we wouldn’t experience similar problems in the future. After the second year it appeared that the heaters weren’t working so I called Encore to get the name of the sub who installed them. Encore not only had the name but coordinated a meeting with the electricians so that we could get to the bottom of the issue. It was quickly identified and remedied within one week as they had to order a part. All is well and working properly and we are quite satisfied with Encore. The constant assistance from the Encore management team was very impressive and we would recommend them to any future customer without any hesitation.
