Valley Family Practice

I have tried four times to make a doctors appointment since these people took over for doctor Gruknow and each time I'm told their not available. No assistance offered to try to find an appt that works. Rude receptionist and terrible service. Really miss doctor Gruknow who I never had a problem with! Looking for a new doctor.

New doctors in town taking over for Dr. Grunow, who left abruptly in the summer without giving any notice to his patients. People are waiting long times for appointments, that is once they get past the unbelievably rude receptionist. Apparently she is a hold over from Dr.Grunow, unfortunately, even with so many complaints made about her phone etiquette and her cold nature to patients.
