They do not keep the graveyard up. Went today. Aints all over my parents grave. They finally fixed the vase. One other time I was there. The told me my brother was buried there. One is but they couldn't find him but told me the one that is alive was buried. Well he took his phone with him. So back next week I have to come from Greenville everytime. Dean Davis kept that place up and with respect.
When my brother passed 2 years ago we ordered the plot and marker from this place including the vase. When the marker finally arrived we were not informed. We found out when we visited the grave. What was missing from it all was the $300 case we ordered. After contacting them, they claimed it was put in with the marker, which we have no proof because we were not informed the market even arrived. They also said they’re not responsible for lost or stolen vases. So we bought another vase ourselves this past year. We just visited the grave a month ago and the vase is gone AGAIN. I can understand if happening once but twice??? Now I can’t even get in contact with them.
Got intouch with someone at the office over six weeks ago about my mom and dad grave sight has sunk in very bad at the marker and the foot of the grave on my mom's side which was recently buried August of last year the office assured me that they would get it fixed and as of this past Friday has not made any effort to fix it very disappointed.
This place is ridiculous. They not only lied to me when they called me and said they placed my mother’s temporary marker down (I drove 3 hours 5 days later and it was not down) then they placed it elsewhere. It wasn’t even placed on her grave!!!!
I highly recommend that you pick another site. The head stone has been replaced twice lawnmowers keep running over them getting service at the office is almost impossible. I’ve been waiting over three years to get to last head stone replaced and everybody keeps giving you the runaround even though I spent over $16,000.
Everything went great. Treated me with respect. Great service. The problem I'm having they haven't laid her marker. Paid for the first of August. Was told eight to ten weeks here it is January and still no marker. Have tried to call left messages for Milessa and haven't even received a call back. Cost over two thousand dollars. Feeling a little shafted. Would be nice to talk to someone
What has happened to Floyd's at Greenlawn? Services for my brother's burial were made and confirmed. There was no one near the gate to direct friends to the burial site. One tent was delivered already put up on the back of a truck after guests were arriving. It looked like we would be serving hot dogs. The second tent that was requested never arrived, leaving people to stand out in the cold and wind.
