The most unprofessional behavioral health place! I went there for 6 years, showed up for all of my therapy and psychiatry appointments. I was doing the work, and finally started making progress. They changed psychiatrist and after only 2 10 minute sessions, I was asked to leave the practice, and to sign a discharge paper for medicine misuse. Same medication I have been on for 8 years, and the new Dr decided after only two sessions had me literally on my own, no therapy, no meds, and no discussion or conversation. After all that hard work, and progress, I was told to go to a psychiatry urgent care to bridge my meds! I had no warning, there was never any discussion, and I've left several messages with Heather and no response. I was never ever given a chance to even speak on my behalf, just showed up to therapy and told I was no longer welcome there. It was done very unprofessionally, and I refused to sign the discharge paper. I'm not okay with how things were done, and I was left to fend for myself and if I become unstable... It's all on them!
Do not go here! Joan, my family wants to thank you for playing God with my life as well as my family's after 2 10 minute sessions, no discussions, nothing! I was even told she wanted to call my Gen pc... why? I've been going to her for over a decade, she TRUSTS me, and knows everything about me. Joan, your rude, judgemental, and I have wittiness that you started our very first session, very first moment with bias. By doing so, you have caused a patient harm. I've been bawling for days now, because I'm so broken hearted, feel betrayed, and feel hopeless now that I have to start all over after SIX YEARS of hard work.

Posting this review on behalf of my friend who receives therapy here, she’d like to remain private due to the severity of the issue. The bad reviews are true. She is in a dispute with them over billing discrepancies. This has been devastating and caused her to lose faith in this mental health practice all together. I do not recommend LifeLinePCS at all. They’re unorganized, unprofessional, and triggering. Do not trust them, the bad reviews are 1000% true.
Refuses to provide care for a 9 year old who experience an assault because I don’t have the contact information for her absent father who hasn’t been a part of her life for seven years. I even provided court documentation proving sole legal and physical custody including the right to make all decisions regarding mental health care. This is not trauma informed. This is rooted in privilege and the fact that an organization can operate like this with no legal standing. This is defined in Arizona Revised Statutes § 25-401(6), which states:
“Sole legal decision-making” means one parent has the legal right and responsibility to make major decisions for a child.”
So this organization ignores court orders to enforce systemic harm and chooses to create barriers to children needing help. This is harmful behavior and against everything mental health providers should
Stand for. I can’t imagine having such poor ethics.

Not organized. Have to go back several times to sign paperwork but u can get zoom appointments after all paperwork is done but the do the assessment on the phone terrible place CBI is better
My therapist is booked. She has very limited availability to see me even though I’m very interested in getting counseling. The lack of flexibility is horrible. This is the first time a therapist lacks flexibility. If I don’t see her the day and time she wants then she is unavailable to see me.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! All the reviews are true. You have to basically chase them down to get them to give you the info to use their services. They never answer the phone they do not care at all!! Go somewhere else. I’ll edit this so i can respond to what the “owner” just said. I used your portal and sent multiple messages to multiple people with no response. I left voicemails. Even got to the point where i just came up there in person twice now to even talk to someone. Asked for the manager, Heather sent her email and voicemail and got no response. So i stand on my review. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They are terrible. And interestingly enough you respond to this but still haven’t responded to my email sent two days ago and still haven’t returned my call.
My wife went here for thr very first appointment they double booked her with another patient after driving 30 minutes were talking back and forth about how the double booked her and they didn't care. Insanely unprofessional! How can you call this a mental health institute your disgusting people! People are looking for help can now think No one wants to help them! Unbelievable!
I’d highly recommend avoiding this place. They discharged me without notice and no referral for other services because they failed to bill me for 9 visits after I gave them my card and tried to pay 3 times in office. I’ve never heard of ending services without notification and worse allowing a $900 debt to build without saying anything. I’ve also heard clients talked about at the front desk which is very unprofessional. They appear to be all about the money. Not a good place for seeking therapy and probably not a great working environment for the therapists if money is the bottom line. Go somewhere else.
If you truly care about your mental health, find somewhere else. This office made me do 2 intake appointments. At both appointments, I asked about scheduling/copay and both times they told me I would get a phone call with information within the next 24 hrs. They charged me full price and never ran my insurance for the intake appointment. This office also never called me back for scheduling. When I called to follow up about scheduling a few days after my intake appointment the woman on the phone was very rude and told me to check the portal. She then told me that they had scheduled an appointment a few weeks from now without my consent or calling to check if i was available at that date and time. My portal shows no scheduled appointments and they still charged me the full amount for my second intake appointment. This office appears to be very disorganized.
Crazy turn over rate. Child only goes once everywhere week and has has 3 different therapists in 10 months. Gives confidential info away
I had a great experience with the actual counselors themselves, but how this place operates as a business is so sketchy and ridiculous. They tried to scam my insurance, then went over 6 months without notifying me that insurance wasn't covering my sessions and that I needed to cover the sessions and pay out of pocket from then on.
I battled it out with insurance, and Lifeline to try and get my sessions covered and was met with Steve in billing lying about contacting insurance, submitting claims, and then the responses ceased until I reached out to his supervisor. Resolution only came after I got kinda mean. I want to say it's just a money hungry company, but they don't seem to care if they get paid or not, and certainly don't care about mental health.
I've also experienced my best counselors leaving this company because of how they do things.
Save yourself the headache.

A horrendous experience, this clinic schedules you without even asking availability, they do not return calls within 24 hours. The intake counselor was not competent, I am a nurse practitioner and will not refer any clients to this practice. I work during a pandemic seeing patients and they want me to have a set schedule to help their staff. This is not how healthcare works especially during a pandemic. Again the worst experience I have ever had in a therapy setting as a patient or as a provider.
Do NOT waste your time with this place. It starts with the NP not providing the zoom link for my appointment. Calling get's you voicemail that once out of four times was returned. The group leaders are a joke. Unprofessional, not organized, and lack common leadership skills as basic is going over group rules. One of the leaders either sent to me by mistake or copied me in on her message to the other bad mouthing me. The material for the class was suppose to be mailed to everyone. Nobody had the material. They make it sound great with all they offer however the reality is they lack skills, my assumption is they have little to no experience and are just going through the motions.
My daughter saw a therapist at lifeline PCS west in Arizona. At the end of her treatment I requested a recommendation letter. The manager Kris told me it would be ready on Monday the 16th, we are already a week over that point and I still haven't heard from them. They will not return my calls, emails or get me schedule to talk to them about this matter. Their customer service and unwillingness to help and support clients especially children after their treatment and for their best interest is a big concern. If you have kids please do more research before you enroll them in a place like this. I would NOT recommend Lifeline PCS.
