Even after hours, they were quick to respond. Gabriel arrived and was very knowledgeable about the heating issue that we are facing and possible future issues. We were given 2 options for the part that needed to be replaced, so definitely went with the better one with a longer warranty.

I called the owner mox and his crew came out in the evening when our furnace was broken. The HVAC technician showed up at our home professional in appearance. He put on boot covers and got to work right away. He walked me through each step he took and explained to me what was going on. He tried a couple of ways to get our heating system going but in the end, it was an older system and would only keep patching it up so I opted to replace the whole home system. He only charged me for the service call and not the labor he performed since it did not work out for us. That is RARE because most of these HVAC companies will nickel and dime you even if they don't fix it. If there’s a 10 stars, I will put 10 stars. Thank you golden comfort!

Golden Comfort responded within an hour of my call! My AC was short-cycling, and based on my description, they guessed it was the water sensor on the drain tube. Sure enough, they found a clog and cleared it quickly.

My air-condition suddenly stop and it was very hard for me working without an aircon.
