I fell and had to be admitted to the hospital the night before the reservation . I couldn’t call from the hospital. He says I canceled “too many times”Once!He would only refund me half the money. I won’t be using them.

Sam is the best! He picked us up on time in a clean, comfortable car with car seats already installed — all without me even officially confirming the booking (I was too busy traveling with toddlers). He was incredibly kind, patient with my screaming kids during a long 40-minute drive through traffic, and just such a relief to have waiting for us. Reliable, thoughtful, and professional. I’d book him a hundred times over again!

I have used Affordable car service for years. We had to get to the airport very early one year and it was Sunday and the metro was not open yet. Affordable car service came and it was such a pleasure! Now everytimecwe need to get to the airport, we use Affordable!!!! It is cost effective and so relaxing. I suggest everyone use Affordable

This is absolutely a business that should be supported and recommended. I am very rarely one to write reviews but in this case I feel it is necessary and appropriate to do so.

My father-in-law (who lives outside the country) was set to arrive on an international flight on a Saturday around 6 pm. An out of state family emergency popped up that required us to leave immediately and scrambling to find someone to pick up my father-in-law at Dulles. Enter Sam from Affordable Sedan Services who quickly quoted me a reasonable price and promised to pick up our guests personally if there was no Spanish-speaking driver available on such short notice. At that point the service would have been worth 5 stars, but Sam went above and beyond when the flight was not showing up under the correct flight number and arrived late and our visitors did not make it through customs until over an hour after they were supposed to arrive. The entire time he patiently kept us updated and repeatedly promised he would not leave until he had found them.

Any car service can get the job done when everything goes right but Sam made it happen on short notice when everything was going wrong. I would never look elsewhere for any transportation needs.
