My name is Grace Ramsey, and I am the founder of Board & Co. After graduating from the University of Kentucky in 2019, I discovered my love for creating charcuterie boards a year later. My passion for cheese and charcuterie began during my college years, particularly while studying abroad in Spain. I’ll never forget savoring Manchego and Jamón Ibérico, a pairing so simple yet divine. With a background in art and creativity, I see each charcuterie board as a blank canvas with endless possibilities—no two boards are ever alike. I’m incredibly grateful to have transformed my creative passion into a thriving business, sharing this art form with others.
