Love my new Sunbrella cushions. Quality is excellent. They all fit perfectly in my wicker furniture. Customer service was also excellent.

The staff at Modern Wicker had their patience tested and my patience was certainly tested when I ordered the 7 piece South Seas wicker dining set. Supply/manufacturing issues ensued and the wait was wearing. It was so worth it!!! The set is AWESOME - I love it and the price was reasonable. Very Happy!

When I began shopping for living room furniture there were several questions that caused me concern about ordering online. Is the furniture well made? Does it look as nice as the photos? Is it comfortable? Will the delivery accommodate my schedule? What if there is a problem?

I took several months to shop for what I wanted. In the end I made my selection by South Sea Rattan, Autumn Morning.

The delivery was scheduled for my convenience and the driver contacted me a day ahead of time to confirm, and also called when he was an hour away. I was concerned when the boxes came off the truck as they were a bit damaged. However, the contents of each box was perfect and undamaged and had been packaged in a way that kept everything safe inside.

I ordered a couch, a chair, two end tables and a coffee table. I cannot overstate how beautiful these pieces are! The seating is comfortable and inviting. The classic look of this rattan is exactly what I wanted, complimenting my hardwood flooring and fire place. Now that it’s in place, I am going to order a third end table and possibly another chair.

Every question I had was answered; the furniture is very well made, it looks nicer than the photos, it is very comfortable to sit in, the delivery was made when it was convenient for me, and there was not one single problem. I am very happy to make this review. My decision to go with Modern Wicker was influenced by what others had written about their furniture, and I am so pleased, I am happy to share my experience with others.

We love our South Seas Rattan Grand Isle loveseat! It arrived safely and matches our other porch furniture perfectly.

We ordered replacement cushions for our indoor sunroom furniture. The fabric and workmanship appear excellent. We included the Lux upgrade and the cushions are very comfortable. An early problem with the size of one cushion was corrected with a replacement. I would definitely use this company again.

Our chair seat pad was not the right measurements. We are very disappointed you did not follow our measurements. We need a replacement with the correct measurements and are waiting to hear from your company.

I received my table with major cracks and am currently waiting for the exact same table replacement. I have been told that I would have to wait for 2.5 - 3months for the replacement . Seems a long time and I sincerely hope to have our new table by the holidays!
