So unprofessional, the driver frank was rude and wouldn't help people exiting the old limo that was falling apart as we drove in it. The limo was bottoming out as we made turns . Also at the end asked in the tip was included. I was applaud and shocked .

We booked a limo to take us to 2 vineyards. It was a hot day and the limo did not have working AC. The air completely broke on the ride home so there was no air flow at all. The company “tried” to get another ride and could only offer us an SUV that would not fit the whole party. Overall terrible experience and it was very expensive. I would never use this company again. The owners are con artists who fail to maintain their cars and customer service is horrendous.

This company is highly unprofessional. The service was distasteful. I ordered a party bus. When I reached out to inquire about their services, the person I originally spoke with was pleasant and helpful. When I called back to book the party bus I got the owner. He was nonchalant, and inattentive. I told him I preferred to Zelle him my total payment at booking( that was optional) I had to reach out to confirm that he received the payment. Then a week later I had to reach out to receive a receipt that took two days on top of the week to receive. I was told by a female in the office that the owner had never put it in the system. On the day of, I received a text message from the driver. He never got out or even properly introduced himself. The party bus HAD TO HAVE BEEN ONE OF THE OLDEST BUSES MADE. I booked a 30 passenger party bus. There were 17 people on the party bus and there was only enough room for about 4-5 people. My guess is it was a 24 passenger. There was a bathroom on the bus that smelled like a horse stable. We drove to the city. While at the restaurant at 10:05 I received a message that I had went over my time and that I would have to pay $250. I booked the bus from 4-11pm. When everyone got back on the bus at 10:15 the driver refused to move the bus until he received his money. It took us 15 minutes to find an ATM because he wanted the money in cash. When asked why we have to pay a late fee, was told that we needed to be back by 10:45 to clean the bus. Nowhere in the contract did it state that. He was payed and then drove us back to our drop off location. We arrived at 11:14. When I reached out to the company, I spoke with the original person that I spoke with when inquiring and he was extremely apologetic. He assured me that the owner would reach out to me. That was three and a half weeks ago and still haven’t heard from the owner. I personally wouldn’t recommend or use this company again.

This company, its owner and son’s personally used our limousine service on a visit to Atlanta on October 22,2018. As a fellow livery operator we trusted them on providing their credit card later and gave them a complimentary upgrade to one of our gorgeous Mercedes Limo Sprinter customs. Our chauffeur, Nancy arrived early and had ice, sodas and waters on board. She safely whisked them to their dinner reservation at Bones followed by an event at Mercedes Benz stadium. Their original 6 hour charter became 9 hours with zero complaints. Michael Schwartz, the owner tipped the chauffeur $100.00 on a discounted charter of $882.00. (Our clients happily pay $1215.00 for this service and tip more generously.) It has been almost 6 months and repeated phone calls, emails and even threats has not allowed them to step up and have the character to pay their personal debt for limousine service they personally used.

It leaves me to wonder why anyone would trust this company based on the other reviews. I wish we would have read these before providing service for them personally. We would certainly not treat our clients in this manner and we send our clients all over the world with trusted livery partners while always paying them the day of service. This company took advantage and has gotten away with a free ride - Karma sadly is of its own and we waited 6 months to share our experience on social media and with our industry affiliates. If ever resolved we will update but beware the sheep in fancy clothes and glittery limos that may not just take advantage of you when you use their service but whom doesn’t pay their personal bills either.

If I could give no stars I would but unfortunately Google does not allow no stars. This was the worst wine tour I have ever attended. First the driver arrived late and car sent was not appropriate for the total of guests attending. This was a safety hazard and when complained their was no consideration. Second, the driver was speeding and several times stopped short causing the guests to shift and jump of freight. Third we were expected to rush at each of our stops due to traffic which would have been fine if communicated but the driver did not communicate with us nor make of us aware of the severity of not leaving on time. If this was communicated in advance we would of acted accordingly. At this point the driver proceeded to let us know he would not move the vehicle unless a payment was provided for an overtime fee. How do you know this is not the Company's method. To hold you hostage unless you make an additional payment to be returned to your destination. I felt like a hostage and feared for my safety as well if I would return to my home. I would never ever recommend this company for any type of service. Their vehicles are outdated and their customer service was distasteful and horrendous. The owner was rude and not understandable when communicating the issues with our group and his driver.

Stay away and report to BBB.
