This includes 4 sites in Linda Vista, the Mid-City Community Clinic (Adults) and the Mid-City Community Clinic (Pediatrics), as well as two (2) school based health center. These high quality community health centers deliver 126,447 primary care medical, dental and mental health visits annually to all residents of San Diego County.
