Very unprofessional. It took months to get in, then the service provider kept canceling almost daily. When I reached out they said it was due to personal issues that he was having but that he could commit to 3 days a week. I tried to give him another chance and the next day he never showed up again. Would not recommend this company

Our son recently started services at childwise and it has been an incredibly smooth transition. We feel so lucky to be part of the childwise family! The director, BCBA, technicians, and office staff are wonderful. They have worked hard to set our son up for success while making the process as stress-free as possible for my husband and I. My son is excited to come to ABA and his face lights up when his technicians Heidi and Jennifer come to greet him. And the center's space is so fun and engaging. Navigating a child's diagnosis and all that entails is never easy, and we are encouraged to have childwise on our team. From experience, ive seen that helping this population and age range is challenging work and this center is all in and steps up. So grateful to have found you! We know our son is going to make great strides here!

My oldest son has been going to Childwise since they opened. His younger brother now attends also. The differences we see and our families see in the boys is astronomical. As with any therapy facility, there are hiccups along the way. This is human to human contact and no place is perfect. Any issues we have had have been handled in a timely manner. We have seen staff join and seen staff exit. Some just don't jive well with my boys and I 100% understand that. (We were with a ST for over a year that my kiddo didn't jive with. We switched Therapists and it made a huge difference.) They are always willing to provide feedback and help us in anyway possible. (Potty training mastered in less than 1 month). ABA gets a bad rap in general. I say try it out and if it doesn't work for your family, cool. Keep it pushing. For us, it's amazing. The staff is AMAZING. I'm so glad we choose Childwise and cannot recommend it enough. PLUS, our boys enjoy going! Win, Win!

The staff is absolutely incredible and so creative! They have made awesome programs for my son with Autism who is non verbal. He is responding so quickly and making huge progress. I have always felt its about finding the right therapists who speak to my child not his autism. I highly recommend childwise therapy, you will see the difference!:)
