Neda Tahvilian, OD, is a board-certified optometrist at Kelsey-Seybold. She attended University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry, graduating magna cum laude with her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2023. She then completed a residency in ocular disease at Minnesota Eye Consultants in 2024. She sees patients for routine eye exams, vision correction, post-operative care, and for the diagnosis and management of various eye conditions, including dry eyes, eye infections, glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.
