Ana received her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Salisbury University. During her time there she also gained leadership experience during a DNP project, “Nurse-Led Advance Care Planning in Primary Care.” This project was to implement evidence-based nurse-led advance care (ACP) planning discussions with patients living with chronic conditions in a primary care setting.
