I called and immediately Randy answered the phone and was able to come out right away to repair one of my work vans' tires that had a nail in it. Randy provided friendly, fast swap to winter, at my downtown condo parkade. Southpointe Toyota does it for free, but I have to get an appointment weeks away, drive so far and wait there for hours! Mine are on rims, and not having to load them in my vehicle was a huge plus! It was so fast and convenient to have it done at home.I appreciated his fast response, feedback and advice!

Amazing experience with Randy, changing my winter tires to all season.

While I was parked on 17th by Hankki, this guy approached me saying that I should change my tires. He was correct of course, it was hitting around 30 C and I was still running with winter tires. He gave me his business card and went off.

About a week later, I booked an appointment online and Randy came to my house right on time. Unfortunately, my tires were off the rims and I was missing one tire too (must have gone missing) but Randy said that's no problem.

He went to a store and was able buy a rim and met me at my work and quickly changed my tires there. He was very efficient and had great communication. Would definitely recommend!

I had the TireSwaps team out to repair a leak in my Tesla Y back right tire. They arrived on time and were done in short order. Excellent service so far…even found the pesky nail I had driven over and patched up nicely.

The following day, unluckily I had another issue with the same tire (sometimes these things happen) and they went out of their way to work with me and make it right! Couldn’t be more pleased with the level of customer service and care this team showed me over the last two days.

They’ve got me as a customer for life. You can’t go wrong with this crew.

I was in emergency after work with a leaking tire. I’m a young woman and searched 24 hour tire repair and Randy their technician was at my place in 20 minutes or less from when I called dispatch. The Service was impeccable, the knowledge of their technicians are phenomenal. Not only did Randy show me everything that he was doing but he explained and taught me while he was doing it. It’s very convenient service. My tire has blown, so I googled for mobile service and I found them. Technician Randy Faust came pretty fast, he changed all 4 tires for max 15 min right on the street (swap to winter tires). On picture my old blown tire.
