Amazing Facility! Right off the bat I was so impressed and please with Allie’s customer service. She answered all questions I had and sounded genuinely happy to do so! She was very tentative and helped out so much working with us and our last minute chaotic schedule. Kevin is amazing with the fur babies and was even more awesome connecting with ours! I have never picked our babies up from a facility before and had them in such an amazing mood! Will for sure return for future boarding. Just overall such a great mom and pop facility, making it so much more comforting.

Will bring my dogs back. They were attentive to my dogs, 2 Huskies. My dogs got plenty of exercise and attention. I got pictures, videos, and updates while my pets were kenneled. They also make sure that your pets are safe by ensuring the health of other dogs present. They are my go-to kennel

Allie and Kevin are very kind and attentive. They are experienced trainers and made sure to get our dog out every day. I'm glad to have a kennel to trust with our pup when we're away!

They were so great and easy to work with! They kept great care of our puppy while we were away and sent us pictures and videos of her as well. Would highly recommend!

We just picked up our two dogs after a five day stay at Valhalla kennels. They were happy and healthy and clean. The owner was very accommodating to our schedule for drop off and pickup. We have had bad experiences in the past with other kennels, it was a great relief to find someone so caring. We won’t be taking them anywhere else.

We boarded our GSD at Valhalla Kennels and are very impressed with owners Kevin and Allie and their facility. You can tell they love dogs and are very knowledgeable about them. This is the only place I will bring our boy Blu to board. I know he will be well looked after.

Long story short. Left my dog for an overnight stay for a total of 26 hours. The facility is nice and they have multiple kennels with access to small outdoor area for each individual kennel. They also have 2 or so temporary kennels with no outdoor access. When dropping off my dog I left him pre bagged food, a bed, and toys to keep him entertained while staying there. The night he stayed we received pics of him being walked around grass area as they said they would for his 20 minute play time. The next morning when I picked him up the owners were not home even though it was confirmed through email when I’d be picking him up. Some gentleman I never met drove up with no idea I was picking up my dog. He was nice enough to let me in and I found my dog still in the temporary kennel and had peed all over himself and his bed. The toys I left for him still in the bag I brought them in and his water bowl empty. My dog shivering and terrified. I use other kennels previously and my dog loved it. My dog was left without outdoor access to even use the bathroom for all but 20 minutes in a 26hour period, I’m not a lawyer but that seems like animal abuse to me.

Kevin and Allie do such a great job. Our 2 Labs are safe and clean there. We feel very comfortable leaving our dogs there. Very nice facility and well maintained. We take the dogs there multiple times per year.

My husband and I had never used a boarding facility before, which meant we were very nervous. Our young dog received wonderful care, lots of love and patience. Very clean kennels. Kevin and Allie are great. Highly recommend.

We have never boarded our fur babies before and it was a bit worrying for us but the extremely nice people over at valhalla k9 gave us comfort and sent us constant photos and updates of our pups. The communication was always there and we felt like our dogs were in great hands. Would definitely use them again in the future and our dogs yogi and kiwi say thank you for taking care of us.

We were nervous to leave our fur baby, and had not ever boarded him before. We loved the set up K9 kennels had and the way they operate. They made us feel comfortable and easy about leaving town. They sent daily picture updates and our pup looked happy and content and was having fun during play time. They have great communication and return messages very promptly. Very easy to deal with and will recommend other to use them and we will use them again in the future. Great experience. Thank You

This was my first time boarding ever. I was turned away from another kennel and they recommended Valhalla K9 Kennels. I was nervous because I have a three year old husky who can be food aggressive and territorial.... and then I had a six month old husky puppy. They were only there for a few days but I felt they were super well taken care of. Huskies are notorious for escaping so a lot of kennels will not take them. They had room to run every day in came back home happy and healthy. I can't thank them enough. We will definitely take our dogs back, thank you guys!
