After calling around with no luck, Tag Towing & Collision took my call even though they were already closing and immediately stepped up to help. They came out, safely towed my vehicle to their shop, and handled everything correctly. What a wonderful experience! First off, they answered the phone which was a huge deal when you are trying to find a tow truck! Many of these companies dont even answer or respond. The gentleman on the phone was very courteous taking my information and they arrived very quickly! They provided tracking on the truck which was to arrive at my home so I knew exactly where the driver was. Brian, the driver, introduced himself and was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me and things went just as described. He got my vehicle hooked up in no time and off he went. My vehicle arrived at the auto repair shop and I paid right over the phone. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends and family!! Tag Towing is the best thing that’s happened to my car since I bought it! They arrived faster than my caffeine kicked in, and honestly, I think they might be secretly superheroes. I called, and within minutes, a truck showed up like it was the Batmobile, except instead of fighting crime, they were rescuing my car from an unfortunate parking lot predicament.

The driver, Jordan, was so friendly, he practically gave my car a pep talk before towing it away—my car came back looking better than ever, probably because it had a nice little ride with a professional. If you need a tow, look no further than Tag Towing. They’re fast, reliable, and almost definitely have a secret cape hidden somewhere.

Great doing business with these guys, very reasonable price, I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off. Friendly and quick with service. They will be my towing company from now on. And would highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Wow, what a delightful experience it was to break down, get totally stranded, and eventually have my truck towed by TAG! I mean, who doesn’t dream of being stuck on the side of the road in need of rescue? But, in all seriousness, it wasn’t that bad—thanks to them.

Let’s talk about the owner first—what a character. He runs things with this unique blend of old-school gruffness and, dare I say, occasional unintentional humor. It’s almost endearing. Almost. But don’t worry—the real gem here is his son. If you’re lucky enough to deal with him, you might actually forget you’re having a bad day. He’s everything his dad secretly wishes he could be: personable, efficient, and somehow capable of making you feel like your life isn’t completely falling apart.

Fair prices? Check. Trustworthy service? Double-check. And they manage to do it all with a smile—or at least the son does.

These guys very affordable, prompt service and very courteous and polite. Made my unpleasant experience when I broke down over 100 miles away from home easier to get through highly recommend. Let Brian and the staff take care of your towing and collision needs.

Tag Towing and Collision was VERY FAIR and PROFESSIONAL when I needed a new engine. They provided the most economical price that I could of asked for . I priced around a lot of other places before selecting Tag. They communicated all aspects of what was need to be done for both the cost of the parts and the labor. Anytime I had a question or concern, it was answered in a VERY timely fashion. Brain and his team were "top notch"!

Predatory towing company. They would use spotters at CVS and the spotters would park on the neighboring property which I helped manage. When they were told to move, the drivers didn't care and continued to park there. Even threatening to tow me if I parked in the CVS lot since they were blocking my spaces. Awful company!

These guys are the Only provider in Pittsburgh that came on a Sunday to rescue my car through roadside assistance. I was in a panic because I needed to catch a flight out of town that day. They came when they said they would, the driver was professional and quick, communicative. Really, the best experience. As for the Ford that has been towed twice in 50 miles..... not so much.

These dudes are shysters at best. I had my motorhome parked near my house and the police had it impounded. No-one contacted me to let me know it was towed. I drove past where it was parked and saw it was missing. I called Tag Towing and they confirmed it was there and I was being charged an expensive daily storage fee. I went there immediately and took care of that bill. The brakes needed fixed on it and they fix vehicles so I made a deal to leave it there and have them fix it. It took them months to fix and when I went to pick it up it was all full of beer cans, dirty ashtrays and the bedroom was trashed. I flipped out and gave them 2 days to clean it. I'm amazed that they are still in business.

Got a tow from them. When asked the price over the phone they said 4 dollars a mile plus 165 hook up which is outrageous anyways but I went ahead with it. At no time until we had reached the drop off location did they tell me hey not only are we charging you 4 bucks a mile to get here. But we are charging you the return trip to!!!! Needless to say I would not reccomend this service. Last time I got a tow from same area it was almost half the price. Crooks is the only word I have for this tow service

They were on time and they did a wonderful job getting My vehicle back to my place of business. We appreciate these guys and I would recommend them to anybody. I've never had such a great experience with a towing company.
