Fantastic service and products. We got three Windows and four sliding doors done. From the sales team to the installers, everything went smoothly and efficiently. We will be coming back to do more when we can. I highly recommend it.

John and his team were fantastic. They arrived on time each day. When they finished up at the end of the day, the job site was cleaned up, both inside and outside. John explained the process as they went along and answered any and all questions.
We had all windows (25) and 2 sliders replaced in two and a half days.
Frontier Windows in Canoga Park prices were competitive with local shops. As for the product, the house seems cooler and everything looks wonderful.

Company did a great job with changing out three windows in my son's room. House was built in 1893 and the options for their windows blend perfectly. Thank you to Frontier Windows for the initial evaluation and follow up to set up the job. On installation day John arrived on time, were very professional, friendly, and clean. The windows work amazing, you can feel the difference for heating/cooling efficiency. We'll definitely be using them again for changing future windows.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Frontier Windows. We signed a contract and made a deposit of $1,000 on February 25, 2024, with the expectation that work on our windows would commence on March 20, 2024, and be completed by April 24, 2024. The project was for a building in Glendale, almost 100 windows. However, after more than five months, there was no progress in obtaining the necessary permits. Despite repeated attempts to get updates, we were met with excuses and delays. This lack of professionalism and accountability from owner “John” breaching the contract forced us to find another company. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, but they also left us in a difficult position of having to start the process all over again. We had hoped for a smooth and efficient process, but unfortunately, this was not the case. We are now seeking a refund of our deposit which he refused to give back and looking for a reliable contractor to complete the work. We do not recommend this company for any project that requires timely and responsible management. This experience has been a significant setback for our community, and we urge others to be cautious before hiring them.

Frontier recently replaced all the windows in our apartment, and we're thrilled with how everything went. John was incredibly responsive from start to finish. He came by, measured everything, explained our options clearly, and gave us a quote on the spot. He even took care of our HOA's requirements without us having to ask. The installation team was equally professional. They covered our floors and furniture, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The whole process, from removal to replacement, took less than a day. We highly recommend Frontier for their excellent service.

Excellent work by this group of people. They had the best quote in the Valley and Rose at the office was quick in getting me the installation appointment once my windows arrived. Eduardo and his team were super efficient and did a wonderful job installing my windows including a garden window which was complicated but they got it done and left my place spotless!

First call and I got intimidate response from this company. I like working with nice and friendly people specially when they know everything about there specialty. Price and quality was good so I couldn't resist. One year later I got another job for my Burbank townhouse and again they did a good job. I will use them again soon for upcoming project.
