I was considering replacing my roof but was low on funds. My sales consultant Kaitlin showed up and helped me file a claim for my roof(it is 40 squares with on roof HVAC so not a small cost) and get a large claim settlement. I was very impressed by Fletcher's approach. Very professional and transparent. Their crew was polite and cleaned up as if they weren't even there. I have dealt with many contractors in my life and the Fletcher team was by far one of my best experiences!

I worked with Michael to replace my roof last year after a bad storm. From the moment he came over from my neighbors house whose roof he also helped replace, he was so helpful and respectful and he worked diligently with my insurance company to get them to cover the cost for a new roof. Him and Fletcher Roofing were always communicative and proactive and helped me replace my roof with grace and ease.

Fletcher roofing was great in every way. Each phase of the project was explained in detail. The workers arrived early each and every day. Project was completed in a very professional and knowledgeable manner.
Nicole, project coordinator, was always available to answer questions and provide input to the project. It was a pleasure to have her on the entire project.

This company has performed beyond all expectations. From the initial contact with Shawnie and Mike to the roof replacement done by Junior and his crew this experience has been stellar. Fletcher Roofing was recommended to me by someone at my church. Michael came to my house and actually reviewed my insurance policy. After inspecting the roof, he explained everything to me, along with pictures. He provided me with options to proceed, including financial options.
The roofers came to do the work, and before even starting, asked if I had any questions.
They did an excellent job on the new roof, which included good clean-up. While the work was being done, Michael or Alan would come by to check progress and make sure everything was ok. I felt as if there was additional oversight.
Although the job is now complete, Michael has followed through with sending documentation to the insurance company and helping me to obtain reimbursement, as I opted not to wait for their response to proceed.

Charles was very helpful in working with my insurance for the claim. Roof looks very nice and have gotten comments from neighbors to that effect.

It was an absolute great delight using Fletcher Roofing for their service. It all started with the nasty hailstorm we had during the monsoon. After the monsoon, a wonderful gentleman by the name of Charles came knocking offering free inspections. A really knowledgeable, patient and friendly guy. He explained everything thoroughly. (He deserves a raise after all that we put him through.) Long story short he put a claim in for us with our insurance company, got approved, set a date for the job, work was done in two days and now we have a 5 year workmanship guaranteed on our roof. What I admire the most is the owner (Ben) of Fletcher Roofing. Not knowing, in the beginning of the job, he was on the roof doing a lot of the work himself. After the job was done, I had a chat with him and that's how I found out he was the owner. I was meant to write this review a couple of months back but I'm finally getting in. Thank You Fletcher Roofing for speedy service, excellent work and a fabulous overall experience. I highly highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their roof.

Fletcher Roofing made getting our roof repaired after a hail storm easy and seamless! They helped contact our insurance, was present at every step, and followed through with quality workmanship! We have solar and they have their own contractors who also helped with this process as well. Charles was very knowledgeable and advocated for us throughout the process! I’d recommend them to all!

I recommend this company. Michael Denning and Ben Fletcher made the process seamless and easy. The roof looks amazing and everything was taken care of in a timely fashion. Months later, I had some water in the house after a monsoon- ben fletcher came out and determined the wind had shifted my ac causing the flashing to open and expose my attic to rain. He actually fixed it for me on a weekend- totally above and beyond what was expected as it was not a roof issue. Great company with great people.

I had a great deal of roof damage from the latest storm. I contacted Fletcher Roofing and Andrew promptly came over. He met with my Farmers Insurance adjuster and worked out all of the detail. At the time there were so many damaged roofs I was worried it would take forever. Andrew gave a very reasonable timetable. The work was scheduled, for two days, and that is exactly how long it took. The roofers were professional and prompt. When they were done the roof was perfect and the cleanup was so thorough you couldn’t tell they had been there.

The entire time Andrew kept me up to date as to what was happening and when the job was done, he checked in to make sure I was happy with the results, I was.

I had a great experience with fletcher roofing. Colin Sullivan had come out looked at the roof which the storm had torn off. Once claim was made he was able to meet with inspector for the insurance company. He had also spotted hail damage to the ac unit on the house. I am happy with their service and quality of work. What a great company. Michael was very professional and extremely helpful. My claim was a breeze with his help. The roofers that did the work were fantastic also.
