This doctor was extremely rude during the follow-up appointment. He did not check out the area of surgery, and did even speak to the patient. Instead, the doctor said that the x-rays taken by the medi-center were incorrect and that the GP had ordered the wrong x-rays. He then proceeded to hand us back the documents, and told us to see our GP as he was not going to explain anything that he did not order. This is totally unacceptable, especially considering Dr. Lavoie was the doctor that performed the surgery that is now causing additional problems...
