Foothills Fertility Programs

This is most likely the highest level of frustration that I have ever had in dealing with the medical community. As I am a member of it myself, I find it embarrassing, horrifying and shameful the way the clinic treats its patients. There are only two IUI RN's that have been helpful, friendly and most importantly compassionate. Even for those of us considered "urgent" you have to advocate for yourself by being quite pushy in order to get results from nurses who treat you with patronizing attitudes and whose medical knowledge is at times questionable. This of course is if you can ever get a hold of anyone as they tend to leave messages after their business hours, asking you to call them on extensions that don't have voice-mail. If you have the means to go to a different facility, I would highly recommend it.
