Dr. Payne sets the bar so high that it is impossible to find any dentist—throughout the state—as skilled, compassionate, and artistic as she is! She is one of a kind and not a single dentist I’ve met in my nearly 5 decades of life compares to her. Thank you for what you do.

I hated going to the dentist my entire childhood and adult life. It was stressful and demoralizing. Dr Payne and her warm team changed that. I no longer dread the feedback. I feel like they are team - my teeth and smile. I look forward to seeing them. I needed major catch up work due to 2020. Thanks to her I no longer fear the dentist, I have healthy teeth and a beautiful confident smile.

Dr. Catalina Payne has provided me with excellent dental care from basic cleanings to all dental procedures I've received. Dr. Catalina Payne exceeded my expectations every time I visited her office. Well run office, competent, efficient and helpful staff. Up to date on the latest technologies, with caring and personable people from reception to cleaning and the dentist herself.

Dr. Catalina exceeds excellence. 5 stars is not even enough to give her justice for her commitment to her craft. I am so grateful that I inherited her as my dentist. I've had to have bridge work done at a young age and now 20 years later, to have her in my corner when it comes to my smile means so much. In addition, her leadership shows in the outstanding service from her staff. If you want luxury care at a reasonable price, look no further.

Dr Catalina is the best dentist I’ve ever had.She connects with you on a personal level and genuinely cares about your wellbeing.The staff are super friendly and so efficient.Special mention to Krystle,Rozanne and Meghan. I was really impressed with the calm and comprehensive manner Dr. Payne has. She is very thorough evaluating everything from my jaw health to teeth; far more involved than other dentists I've seen. The staff are incredibly polite and overall chill vibe. I would say if you are anxious about the dentist give them a try. Parking is super easy as well.

My teeth cleaning went smoothly, and Megan was very careful and gentle. The staff was cheerful and helpful, as well as professional. The office was clean and cozy, the whole experience was great. Now my teeth are smooth and clean, and I am all scheduled up for my next cleaning 😆

Dr. Catalina is fantastic. Very detail oriented and takes the time to explain things to you. The entire staff at Santa Cruz Dental Artists are wonderful and super friendly and helpful. I have had cleanings with several different hygienists there including Dr. Catalina who filled in for their regular hygienists when they were unexpectedly out and they have all been excellent. Super gentle and thorough and very kind. I highly recommend Dr. Catalina and Santa Cruz Dental Artists.

Over a lifetime of having had virtually every type dental procedure, and a number of dental professionals over all that time, without doubt, Dr. Payne’s practice is unsurpassed in the care she and her staff provide, from overall care to the most minute detail. My experience at this practice has been and continues to be truly excellent!

Dr. Catalina and her staff have taken great care of me and my teeth. They are knowledgeable, kind, supportive, efficient and caring. They listen closely and help find solutions. Dr. Catalina also saw me with short notice during what was becoming a dental emergency. Her quick actions got me the care that I needed that same day. I’ve been coming to this office for years. Dr. Catalina and all of her staff are very pleasant, caring and provide exceptional care. On days like today I really appreciate Dr. Catalina even more. I had a dental emergency and Dr. Catalina got me in right away to take care of it. I had a chip on my tooth and it looked pretty bad but she was able to fix it in under and hour. Dr. Catalina is very friendly, warm and makes you feel welcome even when you’re in the chair. Also you can tell she loves her career and taking care of you and your dental needs is her priority, with an occasional laugh or two. She also has an incredible attention to detail whenever she is treating you. But especially if you have an emergency like a chip on your front tooth that you leave their happy and as if it never happened. Thank you very much Dr. Catalina!

I am a challenging patient due to a rare genetic disorder and Dr Catalina and the entire staff are wonderful! I truly feel safe and cared for plus never rushed! I can’t recommend this office enough!
