NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS! SCAM! BEWARE!

Our experience with "Demolition Dave" was horrible. We were given a quote for a bathroom demolition, which we thought was very reasonable. We set a date with Dave and he requested a $250 e-transfer deposit. After sending the deposit, he didn't show up on the pre-determined date/time. We had other contractors scheduled to do electrical and plumbing immediately after the demolition; obviously, we had to cancel them. Since then, he hasn't replied to texts, answered calls, or refunded our deposit. Just one more bottom feeder who makes a living off scamming deposits.
