I used this company to move from my apartment to my new home. I made my booking online and Pat called me shortly to confirm information regarding my move. I got the early morning slot which is what I wanted. The movers showed up on time and went right to work. They were friendly and chatty which was nice. They almost beat me to my new place and quickly moved everything in where I had sticky notes set up. It took a little bit longer than the original quoted time but that’s because my bed was too big and needed to be taken apart and put back together. But that was fine. The price was good as well. I would definitely use them again.

the service provided today with my move was the WORST EXPERIENCE of my life the communication was terrible from the beginning. I had to keep contacting to get information I expressed about being on a time crunch and what I could spend there should have been more then two movers it took way longer then I was told I expressed what I can spend I even was going to cancel but shay told me they can come between 8-11 and wasn’t even on time after you guys sent them to the wrong location and not even the original workers that were suppose to come (the movers told me they didn’t work directly with them they are doing him a favor). and management told me that they would let the movers know I was on a time crunch after expressing it to him again! The movers arrived late, and after 10-15 mins of telling them where to park and having to move the truck 3 times after telling them where exactly to park in the first place. They showed up without the uniform so I had no clue who they were in the first place.

Additionally, after I waited 45 minutes for them to arrive at the new apartment, I noticed they appeared to be taking their time and had drinks in their hands obviously stoping at a store prior to arriving at the new location rather than focusing on completing the job efficiently (movers told the owner they didn’t stop but it’s shouldnt take 45 min to get to my new location) they even stopped at the coffee stand in my new location to get coffee! They damaged my furniture This behavior is unprofessional and further adds to my dissatisfaction with the service. This was a concern of mine before moving forward and hiring you guys and I was reassured that it shouldn’t take long and everything would move smoothly.

After speaking with Ty the owner about how I felt! I was spoken to very rudely! Didn’t get any empty or apology for the experience I had to deal with for 8 hrs he was out of the country and was merged 3 way with I’m assuming a manager he kept passively talking to me and saying I have proof of this and that when I do to on my end! They kept calling the wrong number after I expressed it to them 10+ times . I got charged almost 1000 for barely anything! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business I hope someone reads this and saves themselves frim going through the same thing!!!

I scheduled my moving date for Saturday 11/30/24 at 12pm. Patricia the owner called me last minute at around 11am to tell me that her company could not move me because she was short staffed due to call offs. She asked if they could come tomorrow and she promised they would be there Sunday December 1 at 8:00. They arrived Sunday at 8:30am and unfortunately they were not properly trained. I had a two bedroom apartment an office, kitchen, dining room and two bathrooms. We were 20 minutes away from the new place. It took her movers(two men) 9 hours to move a two bedroom at $130 an hour and a $100 truck fee. I told Patricia it doesn’t take 9 hours to move a two bedroom apartment and that her workers were very kind but slow and not properly trained. I told her the people that moved me in only took 4 and a half hours. She went back and forth with me about the cost and finally said she would cut the hours down to seven. She was rude and nasty and threatened me with telling her workers to stop in the middle of the move. Patricia charged me for 7 hours but did not give my $100 deposit back. When asked she pretended like she didn’t know what I was talking about. She also threatened not to pay her workers. This company is very unprofessional and she is a scammer. They do not train their employees. I would never recommend this company.

Due to some circumstances, my move was delayed and I was notified the morning of my time window. Ty, the moving manager, made sure to communicate promptly with me and was able to accommodate my move for the same day as needed.

Ty and Mike were the movers assigned, and they did a great job! They were focused, courteous, and professional throughout the job. All of my belongings were moved with no damage.

Because of the delay and shifting around available staff for my move, Ty adjusted the costs and made a fair adjustment to my final payment to make up for the situation. I appreciate a company that is willing to work with you when things do not go as planned, and do right by the customer.

Joshua and Fred were excellent! They arrived on time and moved at a fast pace. They took extra precaution wrapping our furniture before loading it on the truck. We added an extra stop to our move, which included 2 irregular sized pieces of furniture. Joshua and Fred were creative in making sure we got those pieces to our final destination safely. The guys were well-equipped to take apart our bedroom, and also put it back together perfectly. Joshua was very professional and ensured that we were satisfied with everything at the end. Overall the rates were fair priced by the hour, and Patricia was also very easy to work with during the process. I’d recommend Another Perfect Move for any Atlanta based moving needs!

This moving company provides exceptional service. I had previously scheduled a move with another company. On the day of the move they didn’t show up at the scheduled time and 2 hours later they still hadn’t showed up and wouldn’t answer any of my texts or calls. I panicked and started calling moving companies because my daughter had to moved that day. Thankfully God intervened and I called this company and they came in one hour.
