Worst service I've ever had. I was traveling and went through the city in In LATE MAY. I brought in my broken Canon 18-135mm. I had a short time frame so I knew I probably wouldn't be able to get it fixed by the time I left the city, but I at least wanted to find out what the problem was. I told them when I would be headed out of the city and we agreed on a time for me to pick it up and get the diagnostics. When I came back on the agreed date and time, I found that my lens was still completely taken apart and there was nothing they could do They said I could leave it there and they could fix it for $250 (the screws came loose in the motor and damaged the slide). Pissed, I told them to just ship it to my house and gave them my address, I was fairly low on cash and was expecting that kind of repair to be less. A few weeks later in June, I called and asked about the shipping status and was surprised to hear the lens is still sitting somewhere taken apart but they would put it back together soon. I called back a few days later and they told me put the lens back together and would ship it out in a couple days and email me the tracking info, then had to re-take my address. It is now JULY. Yes you read that right, it's been a month and a half, and guess what, I STILL DON'T HAVE MY LENS! Sure they're friendly and seem to know what they're talking about, but if you're wanting good service, I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
