Highland Camera

I would like to share my recent experience with Highland Camera.
I went there to make my photos for visas. The lady at the counter was exceptionally courteous and friendly. I was impressed with the outcome and was much satisfied.
I would highly recommend them for passport and visa photos. Their charges are reasonable and they are committed.
They not only have excellent customer service but they have almost 4 decades of experience in photography.

Thanks for taking amazing photo's for our brides and grooms. Everyone is very pleased. The passport photo's turned out really good as well. Our couples will be coming back to get their framing done from you guys! Great service! Thank you from Event Depot!

Please save yourself the time and money and do not go to highland camera in kitchener!! The owner is dismissive and downright rude! After making a mistake (and taking almost 2 months to do my canvas print) their employee told me verbally over the phone that since I had already paid for half of my bill, I would not have to pay the balance due to the poor service. When I went to pick it up the owner refused to admit fault and would not let me take my purchase without paying the balance. I left in tears and still have not received any communication from them after the owner directly contradicted what I had been told. It is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I brought an old photo to be restored of my father and his family from the 1930s. It was damaged, and very faded. They restored, printed and framed my photo, and made it look just like the original. They did such an amazing job, it brought tears to my eyes. Great quality and service.

I went to get my son's passport photos at Highland Camera in Kitchener and provided the specifications. They acted very confident as if they knew how it is done and they took wrong size photos which were rejected by the consulate. Because I had to take other photos near consulate office to submit the application, these invalid photos were no more needed. But this shop owner refused to refund or suggest other solutions to redeem my money (just $30) eventhough his employee admitted the error, owner spoke very rudely and said that they are not bound to anything. I don't want other people to face this similar situation and avoid this shop altogether.
