I’ve been going here since 2023 and have always had a positive experience . Right from scheduling/rescheduling appointments to the actual visits. Highly recommend Monisa for physiotherapy and Lin was fantastic for RMT. The support staff is always ready to help and there were hardly any wait times for booked appointments.

I recently had the opportunity to experience the finest physiotherapy services in Mississauga, From the moment I walked through their doors, I knew I was in good hands. The clinic itself is modern and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff members were friendly and greeted me with genuine warmth.

I have been going to Fana for Physiotherapy and also sent my husband to see her. She's very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I also see Lin for massage therapy and she's very skilled; I wish I could go daily! I very much appreciate Jaz at the front desk who is so pleasant. Something that is sadly missing at many other professional businesses.

My personal overall experience was poor. Lack of email responses on a timely basis, documentation requested repeatedly, anxious environment and management team that is not receptive to feedback. I booked for a massage and when it finally happened it was not relaxing or pleasant There are multiple in the facility treating a multitude of different symptoms. Many of these are unrelated to massage. For the most part people going for a massage like to have a calm and conducive environment not hear conversation between a medical practitioner and another person or here's somebody counting numbers while doing physiotherapy sets with a patient. When I complained to management they were very slow to respond-I had to follow up with them three times. When they did finally respond offered me a physio therapy session versus massage therapy which is what I booked. I have no need for Physiotherapy and explain this but that didn't seem to matter to them. I honestly didn't want to leave a negative review however people can be aware of what they are to expect at this particular Clinic. I advised them that I would be leaving a negative review and it didn't really seem to impact them. On another note the actual massage therapist did try to make matters better while there but to no avail.
Unfortunately she contribute to an overall poor experience as she suffers with cold hands-it is not relaxing for me to have a massage with cold hands as I have an allergy to the cold. This was my first experience and my last- perhaps I just had a one-off experience but I am not willing to pay to have the same thing happen. If you are looking for a good massage experience there are multiple other massage therapy options within the surrounding area. Good luck.
