Wellness is an area of passion for me, physical and mental. Psychiatry is an area of interest insofar as it affects weight loss and helping people lose weight and achieve their physical and mental goals. Patients can expect to get holistic care from me. It's not just me trying to get their blood pressure under control or pushing pills on them, but we'll look at preventive care and diet, if they need to lose weight or they have a specific goal in mind. We'll help them achieve that goal and look at what steps are needed, as well as thorough blood work to make sure that all their vitamins and electrolytes are in bounds. The best way to establish a trusting relationship with patients is to listen to them rather than just talking to them. I like seeing people achieve their goals, working with them closely to achieve that goal and then seeing them achieve it.
