I've known I wanted to be a physician since High School. I enjoyed studying science and I loved helping people, so it was an obvious career choice. I chose cardiology because of the variety the specialty allows. In the morning, I could be in the Cath Lab doing procedures, in the afternoon, I could be in the clinic helping patients make lifestyle choices. \n Since 2000, I've happily called Hilton Head home. I'm honored to have been the Chairman of the cardiology department for many years. I have also played a role in developing our cardiology clinic, and ensuring we have acquired the modern equipment needed to provide the most advanced care possible. Our team works well together; we help each other when needed and truly enjoy what we do, and our patients benefit from those relationships.
