Most providers choose their specialties, though I believe pediatrics chose me. As a physician assistant student, my pediatrics rotation led me to a community of wonderful providers and patients who made me excited to come to work each day. Relationships have always been so important to me, and I enjoy getting to know my patients and their families. I especially love that pediatrics allows me to watch my patients grow up and to celebrate milestones with them along the way. \n Every patient is an individual with a unique medical history and background. I want to make all my patients and their families feel understood and heard. Coming to a doctors' office can be a vulnerable experience for kids and families. My goal is to provide a comfortable, inclusive environment that empowers kids to feel confident and safe talking about their health. \n My husband and I are foodies, and most weekends you can find us trying new restaurants and cuisines. We also enjoy traveling to different countries and learning about various cultures. I enjoy reading, taking our golden retriever on long walks and spending time with our two cats.
