I enjoy developing relationships with not only folks seeking care for pregnancy and birth, but also for gynecological care.I'm passionate about getting to know the clients I care for and meeting them where they are — striving to develop a partnership in their care. I also enjoy offering a group for practicing and learning mindfulness-based tools for pregnancy and beyond. I like infusing mindfulness strategies as resources for clients as they navigate their own health and wellness.I'm passionate about reproductive health care and work to ensure folks receive the best evidence-based care.
