Great service!!! Called this morning with a tire losing air, even though they were short staffed they were able to fix my tire and have me on my way before noon!! Thanks for the awesome service!!! Truly appreciated as it is rare!

I cant tell you how wonderful my experience was with West Perimeter Auto and Collision Centre and the excellent people working there.
I was walked through the entire process, given a explanation of how to proceed, when to expect repairs to be started and pleasantly surprised when I got the call to pick up my vehicle earlier than I anticipated.
The two claims were done swiftly and properly. I have experienced other claims elsewhere requiring returning to shop for even longer delays with very clear poor workmanship. The vehicle should not have been allowed to leave the shop when the problems were visible from afar.
To anyone thinking of dealing with West Perimeter Auto and Collision Centre, you are making a great choice. Your experience with the shop and staff will be every bit as excellent as mine. GUARRANTEED!!!

Horrible service. I brought my truck in for an appointment for a noise it was making while driving in reverse. First, they said they didn’t have me scheduled in. Once they figured out i did have an appointment, they said they might not even have time at all today, regardless of my scheduled appointment. I came back 30 minutes before closing & my truck was still parked in the same spot, didn’t look like it moved at all & they said they couldn’t hear anything so they didn’t inspect further. I made someone come outside with me so I could drive in reverse to show them how loud the noise was. They said “oh well it didn’t do that earlier, make another appointment.” I said forget it & went somewhere else. When I did go somewhere else, when I was backing into a parking spot, a staff member was outside and said wow what a noisy truck, well take care of that. They are totally useless and horrible with time management at west perimeter. I’ll never go back.

Have had 3 different claims repaired by west side auto in the last year. Every experience with them has been great. The office staff are friendly and went out of their way to work around my scheudle when they realized some more parts were needed after starting work. They made sure one of their vehicles was available for me upon my return from a trip bc my vehicle wasnt ready yet. There was minor issue with one repair and they offered to repair it the next day and they even offered to return my vehicle to me at home. Each time my truck was in the shop it came back with them doing a amazing job cleaning the truck inside and out. I highly recommend this buisness.

We had our car repaired at this establishment and I can honestly say they don’t care about their customers. The initial experience was good but after dropping off the car to finally getting it back was a disaster and way too much of my time spent following up on when it was ready. Once finally getting the go ahead to pick it up, found a significant amount of overspray all over the front pillar and windshield. Even after arranging for that to get fixed and on the way to the shop, they called and said they gave the loaner car to someone else, that she forgot we were coming!! Very unprofessional and never felt that we were valued as a customer.

The owner finally called after numerous calls and attempts at getting an answer regarding getting compensation back and said how he "doesn’t like to write cheques around here"! Even after being the ones to follow up, and having the car delayed for 3 days due to their negligence in not ordering parts they knew were missing/broken when the vehicle was taken apart. Then to blame the dealership for not ordering them. Their stories changed every time you talk to them, constantly pointing fingers, but never taking accountability. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone!

Stripped my wheel lock tool and told me that they needed to completely strip it in order to get the wheel lock off.
Car is now without 1 wheel lock and now I don’t have a wheel lock tool.
Keep in mind I just took my wheels off 4 days ago and torqued to the owners manual spec:(

Amazing experience! I took the truck in with a/c issues. These people are top knotch professionals and did a stellar job doing the repair! Excellent communication! I now have the coldest blowing a/c in southern Manitoba!

From Debbie providing the information I needed to submit a claim and Leanne scheduling and managing the repair work and keeping me up to date on the progress, I had confidence my vehicle would be fixed how I needed. The technicians did excellent work replacing the damaged parts, painted, polished and topped it off with detail cleaning that left my vehicle smelling like new. Trevor’s got a great crew there. I was recommended to West Perimeter Auto by a relative and they have met my expectations in every way. They were friendly, helpful, and communicative in getting my car fixed after a collision. In July of this year my 2012 Cadillac CTS sustained damage due to a major hail storm that occurred at West Hawk Lake Mb. I have babied my car and it was devastating to watch as the hail pummelled the vehicle. I made a claim through MPIC then made an appointment with Trevor at West Perimeter Auto body to have the car repaired. I didn’t feel the car would ever be the same. Was I mistaken ! After only a day and a half I got my vehicle back and after close examination I was unable to determine where it had been damaged. A truly excellent job had been done. The entire staff at West Perimeter are both friendly and professional. The workmanship reflects this. I would strongly recommend this establishment for your vehicle repairs.

Experienced a real bad crack when a rock hit the windshield from a semi, it was pretty bad that I had to get my windshield replaced immediately, called up West Perimeter and they were able to schedule me for that week! Super friendly and did a great job replacing the glass, also washed and cleaned my truck!

Will most definitely be back!

Engine with 21000 km failed while at this shop, and over charged for parts

My truck is fixed now, so I know I wouldn’t get any benefits form this review I’m simply saying what happened with the little information I have about how the engine failed. Just don’t want other people to go through what I did. I gain absolutely nothing from these reviews

Would recommend! We have had multiple vehicles serviced by West Perimeter and have been satisfied each time.
Most recently, they repaired an MPI claim and safetied my car in a timely and efficient manner. With the safety, I needed a few small fixes which they called to make sure I was aware of the cost associated and was ok with them proceeding. Much appreciated and I will for sure be back.

Took a week longer than expected, overlooked faulty clearance lights damaged in the crash, unable to colour match white, bumper didn’t lineup so they tried gluing it; said there was nothing they can do to fix their mistakes
