Very easy appointment scheduling process (was able to do it the night before and they came out next day) + a super communicative team. Alex came out next day diagnosed my issue immediately and was able to replace the motor on my washing machine in like an hour. Super seamless and got us back up and running quickly!

Alex was on time, knowledgeable, efficient and reliable. There were no surprises. Everything was explained to me prior to work beginning. Once diagnostics were completed, everything was explained again, what to expect, cost and order placed for parts and return appointment for installation, There were no surprises and everything went according to what was explained to me. After realizing our refrigerator was not cooling I researched on Google and ended up calling Smart Appliance Services. Alex picked up immediately and rearranged his schedule to come right over. Within an hour he had driven to our home and completed the repair of our refrigerator with OEM PARTS (we needed a new fan). Very professional and knowledgeable. One year parts and labor warranty. Highly recommended!

Service was top notch. This is the second time we have used Smart Appliance Service. They got us on the schedule right away. Showed up on time. Alex the service person was extremely thorough and explained the issues. Our washing machine ended up being at the end of its life. But it was helpful to hear it from an expert. They will be who we call when we need repairs in the future.

I called for two service calls on two different appliances and Smart was able to get a tech (Alex) out to me the next day. He did a thorough job in testing and checking the issues that we were having with a dishwasher and a clothes washing machine. He took photos and a video to show me what was exactly the issue. Excellent experience here! Scheduled me right away. Lana contacted me with arrival updates as well as text updates. Received a picture of the technician I’d meet and Alex fixed the issue same day - including him having to go out and pick up the part. Would absolutely call them again for any appliance repairs.

I want to thank Lena for working with me with my availability and was able to get Alex out here on the same day. Alex arrived promptly for the appointed time frame. Alex is very professional and answered my few questions that I did have and how to prevent the issue from occuring again to my upright freezer. Also informed me on the difference between garage and non garage ready freezers. Definitely worth the price compared to just going out and wasting $1,000 on a new one. We've had Alex K come out to the house for two different repairs. One was for our freezer that wasn't staying cold enough & once for our dryer that would no longer start. Both repairs were taken care of professionally & efficiently along with the utmost in courtesy. Alex answered all of our questions & had a great attitude throughout. Scheduling with Smart Appliance is super easy via their website & they provide timely updates via email & text including status & photo of the responding technician.

We recently had an LG washer installed in our home, which is also a vacay rental during part of the year. Our renters called to say it was leaking water. The washer is only 3 1/2 mos. old & the leaking was apparently intermittent.

I tried to call LG as the machine is under warranty, but their customer support is a real joke. After several tries, they finally agreed to send a local repair technician. I called this service on a Friday, but they were closed??Monday, still no call. I decided I had to find another technician bc my guests were going to be there two weeks.

I called Smart Appliance & immediately spoke to Lena. She said she could send a tech THAT AFTERNOON! I was thrilled. He arrived on time & my renters let him in. Within a half hour he called to say the problem was probably guests using too much detergent. He had run diagnostics & couldn’t find any other source. He only charged me an $89. service charge. I was very happy, my guests are very happy & I NEVER did hear back from the LG warranty repair company!

I intend to use Smart Appliance from now on. Stellar service!

Quick, friendly service. Able to come out same day I called to fix my uber counter microwave. Alex was able to quickly figure out the problem and fix it. Much appreciated.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. They are the definition of criminals. I have never experienced worse customer service in my entire life. They have been out to fix my fridge six times in six months through a home warranty and it still doesn’t work. They refuse to tell the home warranty the fridge needs replaced because they make money every single time they come out. I’ve spent $600 in visit fees over six months and they now have no showed three separate times with appointments. The owner contacted me and said he would respond to me by end of day with a solution. This was over 2.5 weeks ago!!! Despite countless calls asking for an update he has not responded or returned any of my calls and voicemails. But hey, they make money from both me and the home warranty each time they come out so why would they fix it. Stay away from this company like your life depends on it. Criminal scam artists at its finest. And I’m left with a broken fridge for six months and no answers. STAY AWAY

He recently serviced my KitchenAid Superba side-by-side refrigerator by repairing the water filter housing, and also replaced the door springs on my KitchenAid wall microwave. Quick, amazing service. SAS was so good four years ago that I immediately scheduled an appointment with them when I had a washer issue pop up this past Sunday. I was able to secure a Monday afternoon service on Sunday evening and Alex was able to get my washer back up and running on the same day. I won’t hesitate to use SAS again the next time I have an appliance issue.
