Staff was nice and helpful. The superior king showed a desk in the room, but ours did not come with one (only in certain floorplans? So make sure you ask when checking in). However, they were nice enough to bring a up a café table & chair for my husband to do his work at. It was convenient to most things in the Parker area as well.
The hotel is beautiful! Clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish I could of stayed longer but I will be back !
New hotel well located in Parker. The decor is very boutique and the photos do not do it justice management ought to pay someone to do it professionally. The room was specious and comfortable the bed quality excellent. The bathroom is very modern and well designed. The night manager was very friendly and truly know customer service. I will return
Wonderful hotel with very friendly, accommodating staff. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Highly recommend!
On the positive side, the staff was welcoming and the place is attractive and clean. Unfortunately, it was more like a Barbie Dream House in that it was all aesthetics and no function.
The parking lot was not adequate to accommodate both the hotel guests and restaurant patrons. Twice we had to park at the movie theater across the street.
Inside the beautiful room there was what could only be considered “romantic mood lighting”, which made it difficult to get ready in the near dark. Trying to open the curtains for more light was unsuccessful because of the obscured glass preventing natural light coming in.
The cavernous shower would have been nice except the water pressure was the equivalent of a Dixie cup being poured on your head from 10 feet above and the lack of shower door made the slow drip just plain chilly. Also, the barn door style slider on the bathroom door itself allowed no privacy at all.
Sleeping was a challenge as there was no air circulation. We actually had to go get a fan and bring it to our room to get air movement.
The tv had poor reception and kept cutting in and out and there was no working guide/menu to see what was on. Watching Food Network gave us an average of 75% of the recipe/dialogue.
It seems overall they were more concerned with a nice looking hotel than actually making guests comfortable.

Very clean, accommodating, has restaurants in the same building and fast elevators. Parking can be a bit limited but will definitely stay again.
On the positive side, this hotel has a very cool roaring 20’s nostalgia vibe. The staff is wonderful. Always smiling, friendly and helpful. I would rate them a 5 all day long. On the negative side and why we would never come back, the parking lot is woefully too small. You have to park in their “overflow” parking at the movie theater across the street. This is especially aggravating when you are attending formal events and the weather is nasty. The water flow restrictors in the shower is beyond ridiculous. They have these beautiful open showers, but the water pressure is so horrible there isn’t even enough pressure to shoot water out of all the jets in the shower head. You will be in there forever just trying to rinse the shampoo out of your hair, assuming it gets rinsed completely at all. The lighting around the mirror is dim. Ladies will struggle with makeup. The AC control I’m convinced is for decoration only. You can set the temperature for anything you want, but the temperature never seems to change from whatever they have it preset to. We never got a decent night’s sleep because the room was stuffy, with zero air circulation. I’m all for conservation, but when it becomes this much of a pain, I will simply go somewhere else.
We love to support locals, and this hotel was no exception. Janelle checked us in and she was helpful, friendly, and professional.
We stayed 3 nights and then went down the road for a conference. We had a night to spend before our plane and chose to come back to the Parker. This time Nicole checked us in. She was delightful, professional, and amazing.
We’d love to return and if we do, we will be staying at the Parker Hotel💕💕

This is a great boutique hotel on Main Street in Parker. It has an upscale feel and welcoming lobby that you'd usually find in 4 or 5 star hotels. Very clean, comfortable, and updated. Staff is very friendly ans helpful. There is a jewelry and Cigar store attached and one of the best breakfast diners in Parker right next store. Highly recommend the Parker Hotel.
If you’re seeking a location in Parker or nearby look no further. If you want quiet and perfection, this is it.! Both restaurants offer pure perfection. I must add a bonus that doesn’t exist very much anymore, but I left my wallet and before I could call them to look for it they sent an email. I have the wallet. It was joyous to know that they’re considerate and go above and beyond.
We had some things to do in Aurora and Lone Tree, so this location worked well for our three day trip. This hotel was clean, quiet, and felt safe. Staff was super nice. We liked that it felt smaller than most big hotels. The bed was comfy and no complaints on the pillows. Parking was easy. Husband used the business center for some work meetings and had no issues.
The toiletries had a very masculine smell to them, so bear that in mind if that's something you care about. TV guide was also clunky and the audio on the TV would bug out every few seconds pretty frequently. Shower is beautiful, but the walk-in style made it a little chilly (water pressure was meh - but that's typical for most hotels, I think).
Overall though, an awesome stay. We will definitely be back when we have business in/ around Parker...!

The hotel is very nice and the room was very comfortable. There are many places within walking distance, which is also a problem. We were visiting family and would be out all day, and every evening when we would return to the hotel there would be no place to park. All parking would be taken by people using the restaurant and the bar. Very frustrating when you pay to stay there and are forced to park in a lot for another business and risk being towed.
This is a very nice hotel. It is clean and the front desk people have all been fantastic every time I've stayed. The only issue I've had is parking after dark. There is a limited amount of parking and sometimes you may have to park offsite and walk which is not fun if you are a single woman.
The best designed hotel in Parker with extremely good food options. The staff did comment that in '25 there will be even more options to eat so we're excited to return for our next stay.
Tasteful, clean, accommodating, and an easy pick for this family of four. See y'all next visit.

This is a beautiful hotel with several good food options and amenities nearby (and within the hotel). It appears to be under new management and is surprisingly well run. The quality is above what's expected for the room price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a high quality experience in Denver without the hustle of staying downtown.
Our stay could not have gone any better, this hotel in the heart of Parker, CO met every need we had! It was extremely clean and had spacious rooms. We were met with an exceptionally friendly staff! What a Great Place to Stay! We could not recommend it more!
The staff all went above and beyond to accommodate us. Rooms are clean and the location is convenient.
I have a hotel phobia when it comes to cleanliness.. this is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in AND one of the most affordable. We stayed 4 nights and have zero complaints. The location is also perfect, we walked to downtown Parker where there’s shops and restaurants
Great little place. My husband is allergic to animals and every hotel in Parker allows dogs unfortunately. Lucky for us we can stay here without him having an episode. They also allow animals but fortunately people haven't found this place yet
Everyone at desk was helpful and accommodating but special kudos go to Xander on night desk!
Hope he sees this review and how much his help was appreciated.
We were a little disappointed that ground restaurant was under rebranding and not available for meals. Doug’s diner next door had a wonderful breakfast. My sister recommended the hotel to us and she and her husband have stayed there a few times when visiting family.

Hotel was nice and quiet, the gentleman at the front desk was super polite, the parking however was HORRIBLE. And we reserved a premier room and when we peeked into other rooms they seemed to be roomier and one even had a sofa, also the room needed a microwave at minimum for “premier”. Overall, not terrible…
Nice hotel but the water pressure in the bathroom was very weak, a foul smell in the drains spread throughout the room, hair in the shower from the previous person that booked the room . Staff was not super friendly the maids were attentive.
My husband and I stay at The Parker Hotel (formerly Ascent on Main) every time we are in town. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are nice and spacious. This time we brought our new baby on our trip and the staff was very helpful and responsive with my questions about a bassinet rental from an outside company. They even put the bassinet in our room before our arrival and had the room ready for early check in. Parking can be an issue sometimes as the lot gets full from nearby restaurants. This seems to be an issue mostly on weekends. The water pressure and temperature are also finicky at times as the pressure can suddenly decrease and the temperature suddenly turns hot or cold. Otherwise we love this hotel and will continue to stay when we are in town!
I would definitely stay here again. It has the feel of a 1940s boutique hotel with modern upgrades and touches. Great restaurants right in the building. It is a small hotel, so it feels very private and cozy. Give this one a try!!
We just needed one night's stay, and the Parker showed up as a great bargain. Was it ever! We are picky hotel guests, and Nicole at the front desk was able to confirm our room selection, even though I was booking through a third-party site. The room she gave us was wonderful! Top floor, premium king, with a balcony. The shower was heavenly, and this was possibly the best hotel mattress we've slept on. Very clean, with a luxurious feel throughout the hotel. The only reason we didn't give this experience a 5 is because they allow dogs in all rooms at this property, and it shows. A bonus - on our way into town we were searching for restaurants that we could DoorDash when we arrived, and we had decided on the Hiro Hito Japanese restaurant. Turns out, it's right across the parking lot from The Parker! The food was fantastic. And the next morning we grabbed breakfast at Doug's Diner, where Laura fixed me up with some oatmeal to go. Overall, a great experience.
