SISU healthcare is trying to keep my $250 registration fee. SISU, failed to provide information regarding Covid vaccine requirement. They failed to be transparent informing prospective students what specific clinical sites will refuse entrance if Covid vaccine is not in place. I called and spoke with representative, representative stated exemptions were permitted. I pushed for further clarification as I do not want to continue with a program with misinformation and sure enough exemptions are not accepted at the site. I don’t recommend. Not for me. Next.
Considering they only offer an online course, it's overpriced. On top of that, the app and website they use for the course are difficult to navigate. The presentation slides were repetitive and time consuming. They gave me a clinical site that is 2 hours from my place. I tried rescheduling it, had to pay 400$ and also wait for a clinical site open in my area
I'm basing this review firstly on the pricing and secondly the course material. The course is advertised as $1900 total, however you have to pay out of pocket for the physical exam they require, the TB test, the background check, the malpractice insurance, white shoes, etc. All that will run you another $200–300. On top of that, you have to pay for the state exam itself. My friend is doing another CNA course for $1300 at an accredited college, and I truly envy her.
Sisu care is a horrible program and very over priced for what they offer you pay almost 2k and they offer you nothing they don’t pay for live scans they don’t even pay the $25 dollar fee for insurance you still have to pay to take your state exam. You literally pay 2k and all they give you is two CHEAP uniforms and a CHEAP bag with cheap supplies ! At the very least the exam fee should be covered. This program does not prepare you for your state exam especially the skilled portion. YouTube will prepare you better then sisu!
low quality education. i feel like i'm maybe 15% prepared to take the state test/work. i have nothing positive to say about the program except the scheduling/availability (online theory, can take weekend clinicals)
way too expensive. spend your money at a local program, or community college, or go through a nursing home/hospital program and have them pay for you.

They refuse to provide any details on their website or over the phone in regard to what exactly they are providing a "certification" in. Although you may only be inquiring to what it is they want $95 for they insist on data mining you for personal information that is none of their business before they tell you anything then after they manipulate you into providing your data they provide you with nothing then go onto the next step of demanding that you send them money which they refuse to refund then only after you send money they claim they will send you information which screams run! They came across as ignorant to details. They are also required to disclose exactly what it is they are charging people for and people do have a right to call their payment processor and demand a refund if what they gave you for your money i.e. rude service, not answering phone or emails, poor quality material, was not what you expected.
THE OWNER OF THIS DSD CERTIFICATION PROGRAM STATED "we welcome legitimate reviews". Fantastic! Does this mean that you would like "future students" to "please critically assess" this review as well as the numerous screen shots of multiple negative reviews from your past students?
I welcome legitimate DSD certifications and CNA programs and by the testimony of your past students legitimate is not the word I would use to describe this organization.

According to the woman who answered the phone their DSD Certification program is NOT online it is a home study program. They send some links to your email and you have to download the files and read them, then take like 8 assessments and a final exam and email them back and wait for them to get graded and wait for your certification only if you pass. If you don't pass then you need to go back and read all that stuff and take another test. Whenever you try to call no one answers the phone and if they do they can't help you because they don't know what is going on. If you send email they don't respond. They literally said if you sign up at 9:00 am today they can give you the DSD Certification tomorrow at 9:00 am even though you dont literally spend 24 hours on the course which reeks of fraud. The California Board of Registered Nursing did not authorize them to provide certification for DSD and the CDPH did not "certify" them. They refuse to provide any details on their website or over the phone in regard to what exactly they are providing a "certification" in. The are so ignorant that they don't know they cannot make false advertisement about "certifications" approved by the BRN becasue the BRN does not approve of anyone to "certify" nurses. They are also required by law to disclose exactly what it is they are charging people for and people do have a right to call their payment processor and demand a refund if what they gave you for your money i.e. rude service, not answering phone or emails, poor quality material, was not what you expected.
PLEASE READ. If I could give it a zero, I absolutely would. It is the worst program I have ever been apart of. The people who I have had review the content listed on the advertised front page(nurses and nursing assistants)have stated that this is an extremely weird program. The tuition is more compared to other programs. The items included in the program(stethascope, blood cuff, etc) are extremely cheap and broke with first use. The program just wants your money. They don't care about your time. They charge fees for everything and when requesting a refund after THEY changed the date of my clinicals they said no, and tried to charge me more than 25 percent of what I had already paid. Yes, they tried to charge me to withdrawl from the program. If you are hoping for a quick, simple and affordable way to become a CNA stay faaaaarrrr away from this pleaseeee. Although my instructor was amazing the clinical site wasnt the best( CNAS that wanted to judge you instead of helping you). This program is the most tiring and difficult thing I have had to do even more than going through my colleges student center. Oh, and just when I thought I was done their stuff glictched and they made me redo some work in order to get my forms needed to take the test. Funny right.
Please spend your money somewhere else. 8 /10 is going to be some type of problem then when you try to reach out for support there's no one to talk to and know what to support you or try to solve your problem they also have a lot of IT issues and then they tell you to email them but then when you email them they don't respond. Not worth almost 2,000. For 2000s you would think they have quality education and that is not the case. Respectfully.
Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Scammers, don’t respond to emails. Only give refunds to people who paid the full tuition. Had to miss clinicals because I had to move and they couldn’t provide me with the next closest location to me and when it will be held. Like shouldn’t you know? So I wasted all that money just to be told basically oh well you still have to
pay. What’s the difference between someone who paid in full versus someone paying weekly? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.

Hi so I was so excited when I started the cna program. When we started the online part was great and fast. But unfortunately I want to start by saying that Ariana is extremely rude, no empathy when talking. When I would call her said watch the video. In addition to watching the video she answer me rudely. I am from Los Angeles. When it was time to do clinical, they had originally said it be at one place. We ended up going all the way to Los feliz in Los Angeles, little do these people know about Los Angeles traffic. By the way the school is located in San Jose California. The Kristen, Ariana just said I am so sorry. Please sorry doesn’t fix anything. Here is the issue they had us doing clinical with no equipment. I confronted them about that, no one got back or Jennifer. They gathered too many students, they charge us 1800. Flexible payment but no material or you can pay full price. These people when you first enrolled they call you, they are on top of you like if they care but the reality is that they just care about money. They don’t care truth. They forget stuff too. The instructor was wonderful, professional and he knows the material but he was not provided with material we would use the facility stuff dirty, unhygene container and face towels, just so we could learn the material. The rest of the stuff was imaginary. So if you live in Los Angeles, and want to attend cna don't go through sisucare there is Los agentes institute which is a great program. The uniform is quality everything n about it. There are better schools in La than sisucare. The sisucare school is horrible and the staffs are helpless. All online. Imaginary this and that. The owner is not aware or doesn’t care at all, I am no racist but they are cheap people. They care about money only. Please do not attend sisucare. Do research on Los Angeles I found five 5 great schools that will pay for everything and an actual uniform that doesn’t say made in china. A good sthescope and school is nice fresh clean air. Same price and if you want to do rna, or another certificate is only 2 or 300 dollars more! They help you make your appointment for the state exam and everything. Sisucare never answers the phone.
I am highly impressed with the online school's comprehensive curriculum and dedicated instructors. The flexibility of the platform, coupled with the personalized support, has made the learning experience truly exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this online school to anyone seeking a quality education from the comfort of their own home.
