Bad experience, rooflife definitely over promised & under delivered. My roof was fine before rooflife work after i had leaks. Rooflife reps refused accountability & ignored calls, do not recommend!

Was very impressed with the whole process from Daniel reaching out explaining the process to the detailed proposal to following up when rain was expected and rescheduling to the actual day our pool house was missed and not included in the proposal after contacting them they approved it without an extra charge. My shingles truly look revitalized. Paul that did the spraying and Dwayne did a great job ensuring our property was washed on the ground while Paul sprayed. Had Rooflife spray my roof to extend its life. The guys showed up early (called first to make sure it was ok). They took great care to cover things around my property from any overspray. They wet down my house as another precaution. They sprayed down the roof and minimized overspray. They took a look at my roof's state of health and gave me a full run down on how everything looked up there (I had my roof done 13 years ago). I was really really impressed at the high quality of care and service. They cleaned up everything before they left. Rinsed all the areas of my home that may have had overspray (but probably didn't), put everything back that they moved on my back deck, coiled up my garden hose nicely that they used. I felt really cared for and like a very professional job was done. I also felt like the guys cared for my home like it was their own. They also didn't seem like they were in a rush or pushy or nothing. I have to say from the time I was quoted, I put the deposit down, and the job was finished, everyone I dealt with was excellent. It's a breath of fresh air to work with such a company that has properly trained staff that actually care. I will be calling them for my roof to be sprayed again in 5 years (even if it doesn't need it), as a part of my roof maintenance program to extend the life of my shingles. Thanks guys for the A++ service. You truly knocked it out of the park! See you in 5 years!

My interactions with Joan & Keisha were professional & excellent.
They were able to bump up my ROOFLIFE application earlier than initially anticipated which was fine with me. I only dealt with those two individuals as I was away visiting family when the earlier ROOFLIFE application date became available. Keisha assured me pictures would be taken by ROOFLIFE of the actual application. When I returned home I was really impressed with the results. It looked like a completely new roof. I have since referred my next door neighbors to ROOFLIFE as they were impressed with the results of my roof as well.

Team arrived on time, did an inspection and performed some minor sealing around flashing before applying the product. The roof looks rejuvenated and only time will tell how long the treatment actually lasts but so far it looks really good.

The process was quick and professionally done.
I had scheduled for last fall, but due to poor weather conditions, they wanted to wait, so i ended up having this done in the spring. ( which shows they care about the lasting effect )
so far , looking good.

My appointment was booked at a time that worked for me. The team arrived on time and they were very courteous. They worked very efficiently and checked in throughout the process. The staff who came to work on the roof (Tyler x 2)were also friendly. They also cleaned the roof prior to spraying it. They came, they worked . Had no issues from start to finish. Great customer service.

The guys who did the work were friendly and did a good job. The roof was sprayed well. 5 stars for that. What gets me discouraged is a week later the Operations Director emailed me asking for a 5 star review for a Tim Horton's gift card. 1 star for that. Ask real customers after 4 to 5 years of the application for an honest review about your product. Makes me wonder how many people give five just to get a hit.

The guys were very professional, nice and efficient in their job. We are delighted with the result.
