I'm extremely unimpressed, and very disappointed with the lack of professionalism.

1) The company simply didn't respond to my webform submission asking for a quote.
2) When I called and followed up (over a week later), I specifically asked to be contacted by e-mail so that I don't miss communication, and things can move forward quickly.
3) The rep (Kyle) then decided to call me anyways, acknowledging he just didn't bother reading the notes on the file.
4) The rep (Still Kyle) then simply no call/no showed to our scheduled appointment.
5) When I called the company to complain, rather than having someone senior contact me to address the situation they simply passed the message on to the same rep (Yup, Kyle again), who claimed that there was something urgent that happened that prevented him from coming out or calling.
6) When you call the company....you're not calling the company. They're using a live answering service, so the person who picks up the phone is completely useless in dealing with any issues you're having.

We first saw RoofLife Canada’s commercial on CP24 TV show regarding roof rejuvenation treatment. At a lower cost, it seemed to be that this is the ideal solution for our over 10-year-old roof, which was showing signs of early deterioration. I contacted them, and Brett reached out to me, sent the proposal, and we accepted.

On July 23, 2026, Brett’s team of Soren and Dwayne (sorry if I misspelled) arrived promptly, did not waste time and started the inspection. They addressed the minor issues before the rejuvenation treatment began. The team did a phenomenal job from the initial quote to the completion of the project. We are extremely satisfied with the result. No repairs or even roof replacement were necessary. The treatment effectively rejuvenated and enhanced our aging roof, making it appear as though new shingles had been installed.

To extend the life of your roof for at least 5-10 years or even longer, I highly recommend RoofLife Canada. This company delivers exceptional results. They deserve a 5-star rating.

Worst company an insurance provider could send. In my experience, the inspection report was inaccurate, lacked supporting photos and documentation, and did not reflect the actual condition of the property. It felt as though the report was written to support denying the claim rather than conducting a fair and thorough assessment. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

When we got our roof done Roof life said that we qualified to get this done, one year later we start loosing granular from our shingles, I phoned the company and they said we'll to bad about your shingles we won't do anything for you. WHAT? Im furious about this and the money we put out. In our opinion this product is garbage don't waist your money.

Rooflife just sprayed my roof, and they provided absolute amazing service! The crew called ahead, arrived early, and took amazing care of my property. They meticulously covered my surroundings to prevent overspray and even gave me a full health report on my 13-year-old shingles. They were incredibly professional, never seemed rushed, and treated my home like it was their own. The cleanup was impeccable—they even coiled my garden hose! From the first quote to the final rinse, working with them was a breath of fresh air. They knocked it out of the park, and I will absolutely be using them again in 5 years for routine maintenance. Highly recommend!
