A native of Chicago, Illinois, Craig Rutherford found his calling to cuisine at a young age at the Chicago Yacht Club. As a result he enrolled in The Culinary School of Kendall College and embarked on what would become his new career and passion. Upon graduation he worked at many different establishments, most notably, Ambria and the Ritz Carlton Hotel, before embarking on his current catering endeavors. In 1996 Craig opened BoJono's Pizzeria, a North side Chicago pizza, pasta and sandwich neighborhood spot. In 2010 Craig co-launched Healthy Kids Kitchen, a grammar school hot lunch program that provides about 1,000 whole, natural meals made with real, fresh ingredients per day.
