All was amazing! From the prompt email responses to the adaptability when modifications were needed — everything went smoothly. The nurse was incredible: calm, professional, and reassuring throughout the process. I would definitely recommend their services. Also, the prices for most blood panels are better than at Biron!

I highly recommend this clinic. Great location in Laval. Lots of parking spaces, friendly and helpful staff. I received follow-up telephone calls which makes the experience feel personalized and I got my results on the same day. They offer testing for almost anything you need. You can either bring your Doctor’s requisition or have a consultation done by this clinic. Prices are decent for the level of service you are getting. This will be my go to place for any testing from now on.

Quick and easy, from online booking to getting there having the tests done. Friendly and professional staff, also super clean facility. Definitely recommend this place!

The care at this lab is out of this world, from nurses to the doctors at the lab, they are so invested in helping, showing compassion, and treating you like a person as opposed to a number, it’s unreal.
Amazing service, would highly recommend.

It's Saturday morning.
We had an appointment at 7:00 AM.

It's now 7:30 and the person who's supposed to unlock the door is not here. We've been waiting for 40 minutes. They just told us the person will be here in 5 minutes...

Edit: the girl just showed up, over 30 minutes late, with a huge ice latte in her hands. Glad she had time to stop for coffee

Amazing service!!! The prices are reasonable and the staff is amazing! I’ve been going to Dynacare for the last 10 years and after my first visit to Lilium I won’t be going anywhere else. Please open up in the West-Island! :)

Lilium Diagnostics is excellent! I went to the Laval clinic. It is ultra modern and clean and is located near a beautiful forested area. The staff is punctual, professional, efficient, and friendly. Both of my appointments did not last more than 10 to 15 minutes. They are even open on Saturdays which is an absolute bonus! I had a specific test to have done and it had to be ordered. The boss of the clinic was in constant communication with me and provided updates and also recommended other tests that could be done for my situation. I was so impressed with this personalized service and care. The prices of the tests are very reasonable and are by far the lowest that I have seen in private clinics. I have recommended this clinic to my friends and family and they all have had positive experiences. This will be my go-to clinic from now on!

Booked online for a blood test. They didn't even bother to check if they did the tests on my request in clinic before confirming my appointment. I took the morning off work for nothing. The receptionist was really nice however.

I am excited to be dealing with a private lab to do testing for more comprehensive and detailed results. You need a requisition from your doctor for testing because this is Quebec.

There are a few points of improvement in regards to customer service that I have had the chance to address with the director of Lilium. I was impressed that they took the time to call me to discuss the issue and provided great explanation.

The appointment process is simple and painless and there is virtually no waiting time. When needing to change my appointment it was also very easy to do.

Test results are sent the same day and are easy to read and understand.

I will be returning here for my future tests.

After developing symptoms, I signed up online and was greeted professionally by friendly and competent receptionists in Laval. I waited less than 3 minutes to be seen by the nurse. My test lasted a few seconds and my nurse was friendly and accommodating. I would go again, as their system is quite efficient.
