0/5 stars. Don't fall for the 25% off ama discount because it comes at a stressful price. The admin and fabrication teams seamed cordial to start and handled our paperwork and requests well but as soon as install rolled around things fell apart.

We faces excuses, repeated reschedulings, and to date (almost 3 months after our countertop was installed) were still waiting for them to deliver our remnant. I regret paying in full after renegotiating our fees because once I did they stopped taking us as serious clients and refused to prioritize delivering the full product we're owed.

Thank goodness they are finished installing my main countertops, albeit a poor install, with a chips, dark smears on the white quartz and the wrong edge profile.
I was also luered in by their warranty but after getting them to come and fix some chips shortly after install, the "fixes" were done poorly so I don't want to risk them damaging my quartz in future.

They also cannot keep schedule. We had to reschedule on our end early on because of delayed cabinet installs but they, continuously re scheduled our install date following some stolen equipment, them cracking or chipping our quartz, and them cutting our pieces incorrectly. They never warn you when they are coming, they plan to just show up or tell you optimistic dates and then are absent. This has been a bad experience overall and I'm about to take back the recommendation I gave to a client of mine to use them. Ironically despite all this nonsense I gave them benefit of the doubt and recommended them after renegotiating my final payment because I was willing to move on and give them a break since they had to recover from some equipment stolen.

But instead hear we are 3 months later and as recently as 2-3 weeks ago I was told again "oh, is this mis Joy? I'm driving now, let me call u back in 15 mins when I'm at my computer" and again 15 mins has turned into weeks
To be honest I was shocked they even answered the phone when they ignored my emails and voicemails the week prior.

TO SUMMARIZE, if you value your time and sanity order your countertops elsewhere.

I had a great experience with this company when we purchased our new kitchen countertops. Great selection. Helpful staff. Super nice owner. Definitely get what you pay for. Very happy with the end result!

K & J Granite was an awesome company to work with ! They are very professional and knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. I had my whole kitchen re-done and I was very impressed with how affordable and efficient they were at completing their work. They kept their promise in regards to the time line and there was always someone to help whenever I called the office. My plumber was also impressed with work and states he has also heard nothing but great reviews about the company !! I definitely recommend them :)
