I was going through the signing up pages. After entering my name, email and credit card it came to the page with their cancelation policy and I thought I'd read those before checking the box. After reading through those I looked up some reviews on Google and then reddit.

I decided I wouldn't be proceeding and closed the page without completing signing up. I didn't even check the "I agree box."

Imagine the surprise when I got an email confirming my order! I immediately emailed to tell them I didn't place an order and then called my credit card company.

I had to freeze my credit card and get it replaced with a new one because sure enough they had charged my card!

Do NOT put your credit card information into their page unless you're very sure this is a company you want to deal with.

This is fruad, don't fall for this.
This company sent me an email stating that after my blood work results were done, that they would contatct me for permission to to schedule and appointment and that $150 would be the cost of the appointment.
No one reached out to me and they withdrew the $150 wihout my concent, since they had my bank card info, Till that point I was concerned but fine I went with it.
Then when it was time for the consultation they sent me a link 5 mins prior to the appointment I clicked on the virtual link and waited 40 minutes for the Doctor not to show up, and on the email said that if I didn't attend, that there was going to be a $25 no show fee , but their doctor didn't show, so this goes to whoever is visiting this site.
This company isn't serious, its a money grab.

Misleading on costs as they bury the information on the website and avoid answering direct questions regarding it. You can request the doctor to send the prescription to your local pharmacy for $25 as opposed to the door to door service which in my case was a $100 difference. Additionally, the prescription they asked me to pay was written inaccurately. I was being asked to pay for 78 tablets to be given once a day for 90 days. Read all the fine print as they have multiple charges that you will incur if you are not aware.

Science and humans was very efficient in their booking process. I met with one of the NPs and she was great. She conducted a detailed analysis, assessment and bloodwork panel - which included tests my GP had never discussed. We discussed my concerns and they were all addressed. There was great follow up and ability to reach out and ask any questions about my treatment plan. I felt very supported and am grateful for my experience.

Im sure if you need HRT this is a great service but my friend told me I could get perimenopause testing for $1 so that’s all I was after. I found it all very misleading since it’s not $1, it’s $1 plus a mandatory $200 charge which was not included in the ad or the check out process. I believe this is a charge after to speak to an NP which seems very high and would be covered by my MSP. I also never booked a consult as my levels seemed normal. I suggested their ad was misleading and was told no refunds and that the pricing was clear. I asked to be shown where I was informed of the $200 charge and I guess they thought I should have read the entire website. I screenshot my user journey which shows nothing about a $200 charge.

They keep saying that the fee outline is in one of my emails and somewhere on the website but I assure you none of the emails I saw outlined this and they cannot point to anything I would have seen in my user journey but rather just state that the info exists. I wonder if maybe one is looking for the hormone panel testing, the journey is different from a regular HRT user journey.

My friend who suggested this testing opportunity to me said the same thing. All of a sudden a $200 charge appeared on her credit card that she was not aware of.

Been with Science and humans for a year and a half. Very easy setup and communication. Price is far less than other companies as you pay what the cost is at a pharmacy. Seen great results and my practitioner is always keeping on my blood work and giving great suggestions.

I've had a great experience with Science and humans so far. I signed up for the program over a long weekend, and had the blood work requisition before heading to work Monday morning. The NP I spoke with during my initial appointment was fantastic. Very kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to go over every detail, and explain things in a way that was easy to understand.

I just had my first consultation with my nurse practitioner. It was amazing after years of telling my doctor that things were not right and him telling me my blood tests are perfect. Finally, someone listened to me and asked about the symptoms I was going through. I felt like the diagnosis was very well done and, there was no pushing of unnecessary prescriptions. I feel very excited about the future and I’m looking forward to working with my nurse practitioner Abida again. Make sure to ask them about the price of the medication, as mine was very expensive. The delivery service is very efficient, but it is not cheap.

I've had such a wonderful experience with Science & Humans over the past year. After reading their positive reviews online I decided to book a consult and am so very grateful I did. From the first interaction I felt heard, validated and understood....I finally had hope that I was with the right team to help me. I’ve been really impressed with the knowledgeable staff and the consistent follow-ups every three months. They truly listen to my needs and make sure my concerns are addressed. It’s also easy and convenient, as the meetings are held via video conference calls. Most of my prescriptions are covered by insurance, so I only need to pay for the follow-up appointments.

Consultations have been great and the NP has been knowledgeable and helpful. Prescriptions have shipped and arrived quickly to my isolated, rural town.

Only complaint I have is with trying to get my blood test through life labs. Not enough information was provided regarding their service and locations, and I had to book very far ahead in advance to get an appointment to find out only after arrival that they did walk-in.

The closest location was over 2 hours drive from me. I think more communication is needed for folks living in rural parts of Canada as to where the life lab locations are and how to book with them, so they are better prepared for a more seamless service.

I couldn't be more satisfied with their service - no more symptoms and I feel great. The team offers a fantastic combination of competitive pricing, quick follow-ups, and proactive care. The nurses are incredibly knowledgeable and provide exceptional support throughout the process.

Also, just having my blood test done every 2-3 months is by itself awesome in my opinion.

Highly recommend to anyone looking into this in Canada - complete day and night service from my family doctor.
