Very positive experience! The facility is well laid out with a relaxing space! The staff are very personable and professional. The front reception is very receptive and are notably welcoming! I would like to acknowledge Erica as well! She is professional and creates a very positive interaction with her knowledge and experience that is evident from the onset.

I followed Afya from when they started out in Waterloo and they have thrived!
They have opened a gorgeous new Med Spa in Guelph, I loved it immediately, the new location is absolutely stunning! Service wise, the attention to detail when receiving my services is always amazing. They really are attentive, the whole team listens to understand what the client really wants.
I've had close experiences now with Emily ,Vanessa and Sarah. Emily, who is the director and is incredible at what she does and is also super informative! Vanessa is the detailed cosmetic injector. Her touch is so soft and she works ever so carefully to achieve the most natural beautiful results. I've met Sarah and she is super informed on the cosmetic treatments and will guide you on what you may need to have done to fullfill your wants and needs. I can fully rely on the Afya's team expertise to keep me gracefully aging like fine wine! Thank you beauties!

I finally visited Afya and wish I had done it sooner! The building is stunning, the staff I interacted with were incredibly kind and enjoyable to talk to, and the massages I booked were absolutely perfect. Vanessa is amazing! She’s super knowledgeable and clearly well-trained. What I love most is that she never pushes anything on you — she actually listens and makes sure you get exactly what you’re looking for. My results have been flawless every time! Plus, she’s so sweet and easy to talk to, which really helps if you’re feeling a little nervous. It was my first time at AFYA spa last week! All of the staff were super friendly, parking was very easy, the atmosphere inside is clean and relaxing. I went for a 45min massage and 45min facial. Kassidy the massage therapist was amazing! I can’t remember who did my facial but she was fantastic as well! I left with glowing skin and I can’t wait to go back for my next treatment!

I am very happy with my experience at AFYA Spa. Vanessa is a very skilled injector. Leaves no bruising and the results are natural. She's very attentive to your concerns and requests. I've been to a few other clinics and this is the best one in my opinion.

I've been to AFYA for a variety of services now and each time I leave glowing and refreshed. Most recently, I had a massage and mini facial. Both services were great. The RMT, Kassidy, was lovely, very professional and great at what she does. As soon as she was finished, Alexis came into the room to start my facial. It was so relaxing and she is super knowledgeable. The spa has a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere and the staff are always welcoming and kind. I highly recommend booking into AFYA if you're looking to pamper yourself!

I got my lips done by Vanessa and she was amazing! I absolutely love my lips and she was so sweet and helpful. She used an injectable numbing which made it super comfortable and I barely felt anything. So happy with my results and I 100% recommend going to AFYA!

AFYA is such a welcoming place. I was referred to Anna by a friend and she surpassed expectations. I get so many compliments on my nails. Anna can do everything from the perfect french tip to insanely beautiful watercolor nail art. It's all amazing. I highly recommend her!!

I recently had the most incredible microdermabrasion facial at AFYA, and I can confidently say it was a 12/10! The entire experience was bespoke, tailored perfectly to my skin concerns. Toni, who performed the facial, truly listened to everything I had to say and offered expert recommendations. The treatment itself was exquisite, and I’m still dreaming about the luxurious facial and the divine scalp massage I received!

From start to finish, the service was impeccable. Sarah, the nurse consultant, made the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. She even went the extra mile to create a customized package for my future treatments, giving me something to look forward to at my next visit!

I highly recommend visiting AFYA’s tranquil and beautiful spa. I’ve visited several times over the last year and enjoyed each visit. The team members are very knowledgeable and friendly. The space is warm and inviting. The upper level beauty bar is so pretty and the team were very helpful in selecting & suggesting products and skin care routines.
I brought my son (13) for his very first facial to help treat his breakouts. The ladies made him feel very comfortable. (He was sound asleep and snoring away after his treatment)
