Yesterday was my first time visiting The Medical Day Spa of Chapel Hill. I was very pleased with the BBL laser treatment I received. Rachael was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable about the service. She took her time and meticulously worked on my skin.
There was no pressure to commit to more treatments or purchase product, which has been my experience at other med spas.
Overall, I am so pleased to have found this place and look forward to continuing my skin care journey with this Chapel Hill Med Spa!

As a new client, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they definitely exceeded my expectations! They welcomed me warmly from the moment I walked in and offered me a beverage. During the procedure, Hillary took the time to listen and answer any questions. She also made sure I was comfortable throughout, which I appreciated greatly. Overall, a great experience!

Best of the best! I’ve been a client of CH Medical Day spa for several years. Before being recommended to them I had been to several high end med spas in Chapel Hill, Raleigh and Cary. Chapel Hill Med Spa is in a class by themselves. You are greeted with the most amazing front staff, Abby and Susan. I maintain my injections with Hillary who is an absolute artist when it comes to injections. The laser RN, Stephanie, is great and I have had really great results. The staff are very up to date on skincare and offer top of the line products (love the plated) but absolutely do not push any products. Truly in a league of their own. Ten stars not just five! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Medical Day Spa is a fabulous place, always peaceful and supportive. Hillary in particular, is knowledgeable, informative and follows her patients lead, listening to what they are comfortable with. I've never felt anything but encouraged by this experience. From knowing how to treat acne scars, to skin care, giving different options and her gentle, caring manner, I've been so happy with each of my sessions, and the results achieved. Will definitely be a long time customer. If you are on the fence or unsure of taking this next step, I feel confident you would be in good hands. No matter what area you are interested in, they will listen and offer guidance and knowledge of the options.

Catie Jo is wonderful at her job! She takes the time to understand your skin concerns and her extensive product knowledge helps her customize the best routine for glowing skin. I’ve been a patient of hers for the last 3 years and consistently receive compliments on my skin!

Hillary is hands down the best injector I've had to date. She is kind, honest, and extremely knowledgeable! I love her natural results and expertise.

I wanted 2022 to be the year that I focus on the health and care of my skin. I knew I wanted to put my skin in the hands of the incredible individuals here and in January, I made an appointment with the amazing Kaitlyn. She took a generous amount of her time to review and modify my skin care regimen based on my goals, in addition to recommending products to slowly incorporate as I use up my old products (side note- it is so nice to have someone be incredibly respectful of your time and money, and Kaitlyn goes above and beyond here). She is not only incredibly knowledgeable and a true master of her craft, but she is also one of the most genuine, caring, and kind people I have ever met. I love learning from her and have truly enjoyed every appointment that I have had with her, and because of this wonderful woman my skin has never looked and felt better! She has truly been a blessing in my life and I feel lucky to know her.

Last month, I had my first facial from Catie Jo and it was nothing short of incredible. Not only was I relaxed the entire appointment, but she showered me with her wealth of skincare and product knowledge during our session. I am confident that with this top-notch crew, my skin will be its' best ever this year and moving forward!

This was my first time visiting this business and I was in love the minute I walked in! A beautiful Med spa, the sweetest staff and fantastic services. Hillary Casselli was my nurse and I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re looking for lip fillers, Botox, ANYTHING, she is your girl. I was anxious and her bedside demeanor calmed me down immediately. She’s so knowledgeable and her recommendations were on point. I will be back to this business and to Hillary for all my my needs, and I highly suggest you do the same. You will walk out so happy and pleased!

Okay, went back for a 6 month follow up. Nurse Julia, provided a little refresh on a few areas on the sides of my mouth and i am THRILLED! I am planning my next service asap. I Love Medical Day Spa of Chapel Hill!!

My face looks 10 years younger! I am so pleased with the results of my Restylane injections. RN Julia, injected the product with care and consistently asked me for feedback on any pain or discomfort. With her skill, there was no additional pain or discomfort. Great office, great procedure and great people. Will continue to return for amazing services!

Extremely professional staff. I felt very well taken care of and treated as if I were the most important person on earth. Vera greeted me with a warm and friendly smile as she welcomed me. Julia was my nurse and infused me with the IV therapy. I was not hurt with the needle or removal of the tape. Julia explained everything before and during the treatment.
