Violetta Chaires Vasquez, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN at Kelsey-Seybold. She attended the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine at Galveston, earning her medical degree in 2016. She went on to the Houston Methodist Hospital Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program, completing it in 2020. As an OB/GYN, she provides a broad range of well care and care for acute and chronic conditions such as abnormal uterine bleeding and dysmenorrhea, or painful menstrual cycles. Dr. Vasquez also provides prenatal care and preventive gynecologic care. Her clinical interests include minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (laparoscopic and robotic) and cervical dysplasia. Dr. Vasquez joined Kelsey-Seybold in September 2024.
