I was involved in a pretty bad accident and this was my first time ever going through an injury attorney route and at first I was skeptical but was I so glad I picked Adamson to take on my case! They were extremely professional and on top of communicating every step or if I simply wanted an update I knew I could call and I would get an answer to any of my questions! I know the process was going to take a while and honestly with how amazing this team works from my case manger Alex to my attorney Nolan and lastly Ashely handling all the negotiations for settlement they made the whole thing seem like it was done in a matter of months. Today I contacted the law office of Adamson Ahdoot and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service that Alondra she was the secretary that answered the phone and I’ve gone through 30 attorneys trying to get just someone to help me and I am writing this because of the outstanding job at this company is Taken including I talked to someone else. Her name was Vivian in a different department. She was also wonderful, but I went to recognize most or Alondra the secretary. She went out of her way although they could not help me with my case, she actually put me on hold to physically look up instead of going through like call places I will have attorneys call you back and waste all your time because they don’t do that kind of caselaw blah blah and also she recognized my frustration now she wasn’t able her office was not able to help me but she said you know what I’m gonna do for you because all they had for me was the state bar which I’ve already gone through and she said can I put you on hold? I’m gonna try to find something for you a better number and a direct to some attorney. I said sure that be great now remember, I don’t know this lot firm it was first time talking to them. I’m not their client. I’m just a person that needs to give credit where credit is due so when she got off, I got back on the phone off of a hold. She was able to get me a phone number. All 30 attorneys wouldn’t give me a time a day to do some like this so I really recommend if you do have some type of a long case to contact this attorney first because good Customer service is half the battle one I could I could just imagine what their attorneys are like I’m should’ve probably just as good as the Customer service I received so That’s my little story and I hope it works for somebody else out there that can use an attorney service.

Charles and Ashley are the BEST!! They handled my case beautifully and walked me through every step of the process. I called Adamson Ahdoot after I got bit by a neighbor’s dog on the way home from work. I found them online when I was looking for the best dog bite lawyer and I saw they specialized in these cases. I had never done this before so I figured I’d sign with them as they told me it doesn’t cost me out of my pocket. I was surprised to find out how much money I was able to get, I didn’t even know it was possible for these kinds of cases. I’ve been able to pay off some debt that I had and was able to put the rest in my savings. I’m really happy I found these guys, would highly recommend!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was rear ended by a drunk driver in January 2023. No major injuries. Pretty open and close case, so I thought. By March I informed my case manager that I wanted my case closed. She tried to talk me into dragging my case out and continuing my chiropractic treatment. I started a new job so that wasn't an option. So instead of closing my case like I asked her to, she just ignored all my calls and texts for the next 3 months. She did that so my case would hit the 6th month mark and then charge me 40% in fees instead of the 33% that I was under the impression of. Faulty business practice. Oh, and they don't do direct deposit. What kind of attorneys office doesn't do direct deposit?! Please, save yourself the stress and money and find another reputable attorney because these people are snakes. Makes me wonder how they got all those 5⭐ reviews. 🤔 Dirt bags.

My experience was better than what I expected. Everything was done online. The team performed admirably. It is traumatic being in an accident. A vehicle travelling in the opposite direction turned 3 feet in front of me.
We crashed and then some. 55 years driving and I never even had a fender bender. Add to that, I suffered a concussion. Wait, there's more. I live out of state with nowhere to turn. I picked this team. Glad I did. They treated me well from start to finish. I highly recommend

Not sure if this is a Law Firm or a Scam firm.

I hired these guys for my accident case in November of 2023 after my thanksgiving day accident that had me devastated.

Right after calling them, they sent someone right away to my home to sign a retainer. I would say that was about the only time I got to see anyone from this “Law Firm”.

They scheduled me for chiropractor appointment; I went there faithfully. Then they scheduled me for an x-ray, I did that. Then they scheduled me for a telephonic appointment with some Doctor; the so called Doctor barely said anything and then said he was going to send me a prescription which was odd. While all of these was going on, Maggie my caseworker said everything looked good and that she was waiting to know the policy limit of the other party and promised to give me this info — she never did!

In December, they sent me to another place for an MRI; it was a hellish experience being in that confined machine for 2hrs. Even the Chiropractor made a remark saying “why so many scans, do they own the place or something?”

Meanwhile; the other party insurance accepted liability right away because the other driver was DUI.

I finished all my appointments with the Chiropractor and the other since February of this year and since then I have been getting the runaround from these guys. They don’t call, you have to call them and when you call you hardly get someone to answer your call. It’s been over two months since I have been calling to get an update on my case till date, I haven’t heard from anyone.

My caseworker promised to call me 3 weeks ago at 3pm, and up till now I have heard nothing(screenshot attached as proof).

I feel like they ran up all these medical bills so that I won’t get a dime from this case, because after all, Maggie told me the other party sent a check already and she said it was their limit. I asked her; were you guys aware of this before racking up these medical bills; she was shocked that I asked this question by her response. Meanwhile, all their medical affiliates will definitely get paid, and maybe they will get a kickback as well. I feel used and dumped.

Hiring this “Law Firm” is the biggest mistake of my life, and you can do yourself the favor by not even nearing them with a 10-foot pole. They look after themselves , their medical affiliates and you are the last on their mind, so stay away!!!
