When I called for detailed information about taking pics (price, business hours etc), he just told me the price and hung up. Very rude, i'll never go there.

I have went to this place, as it is right downstairs of the passport office in mississauga. A person working there, took photos, stamped them and cut them as he is supposed to, or so I thought. When I went to the Passport office upstairs, i was told that these photos are to small. When I went back to have the photos re-taken or to get my money back, i encountered the worst service by someone who is just working there, he wouldnt give the opportunity to speak with the owner and kept implying that i should come back when he was working. I decided to call and speak to the owner before i take time out of my day to go there again, unfortunatly when i called, i spoke with a person that told me that the owner is not here and had hung up on me. I have been calling this number for several hours non-stop, no one is answering, just keeps haning up. This is not a place that should be in business, as not only they have any concept of customer service, but they also rip you off and tell you to come back when the owner is there, that is clearly not existent!!! Please, who ever reads this, dont waste your time going there, as it is the WORST PHOTO PLACE IN MISSISSAUGA!!!

The photographer is very rude. I brought my 5 year old to have his passport picture taken. After waiting for 15 minutes, the photographer came to me, said "We don't do kids" and walked away.

I had a passport photo taken at Berkley's that the Passport office did not accept because I had a light coloured shirt against a white background. While I was annoyed that Berkley's would not have realized it would be a problem, I was able to get a full refund without an arguement.

Very bad photographer & very RUDE attitude. When being asked about the receipt, he will ask you why. he doesn't need to ask why cuz it's my right as a consumer to ask for a receipt! you will also look bad in the picture, will rush you to take your pic and not knowledgeable about the difference between citizenship and passport photos. he said they are the same which is not. he'll also provide you glossy photos for citizenship and not matte.if you're a person who likes to be treated good and likes your photo to be nice & good for identifications such as citizenship & passport, i don't recommend this. go somewhere else for your $15.00.very disappointed. picture quality is bad though it's fuji.
