I recently hired this moving company for a local move, and they were outstanding. The crew was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently the entire day. They packed my furniture perfectly and helped reassemble everything at the new place. I would definitely hire them again.

The movers arrived right on time and got straight to work without wasting a minute. Everything was wrapped, loaded, and handled with care. I was nervous about a few fragile items, but they made sure nothing got damaged. The whole move went smoother than I expected.

Kratos Moving Company is the best moving service I’ve used. William was very professional, answering all my questions before we got started. Adrian handled even the trickiest pieces of furniture with ease, and the team worked together flawlessly. Everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

I can’t thank Kratos Moving Company enough. Sam was punctual and kept things running smoothly from start to finish. Daniel showed great attention to detail, making sure all my boxes were stacked neatly and safely in the truck. Their professionalism and efficiency stood out, and I’ll definitely use them again for my next move.

Kratos Moving Company made my relocation so much easier. Ethan was courteous and kept me updated as the move progressed. Mark and his crew worked with amazing teamwork and precision. Cihan and Afsun were responsible for my moving from Hamilton to Oshawa and both did amazing job. They were committed to their work and everything went well. We will use the company again.

I will never recommend this company to anyone. I had a horrible experience and received NO assistance from their customer support team during my move. The only reason they’re receiving ONE star is because the moving team that was dispatched to our residence worked so hard despite receiving no support from the company.
I very clearly explained the complex circumstances of my move to the sales rep. I made it clear that our belongings would have to be out of the house in one move and that there would be no option to do a second trip.
Midway through packing the truck the team advised they would not be able to fit the entirety of our belongings in one trip (I was ensured by sales rep after itemizing the contents of our home, that the one truck would suffice). The team contacted their home office for a second crew with no luck. I contacted the customer help line twice and was told the issues was marked urgent and would be faxed to the dispatching centre where I would hear back from quickly. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL.
Thankfully we have very understanding neighbours who let us borrow their: front lawn, garage, driveway, and side of their house to KEEP OUR REMAINING BELONGINGS while the crew dropped the first load off. Imagine leaving all of your belongings outside on a neighbours lawn. Unacceptable!
The level of unprofessionalism and incompetency Kratos showed yesterday was unbelievable.
I also sent an email to their information centre requesting a follow-up phone call about this horrible experience and still have not received a call.

Do not use this company.

Outside of not being very punctual, the service was great. I had sold in item in London & the purchaser was from Amhersburgh who hired Kratos. The individuals that showed up were very respectful and friendly. Javidan & Afsun were great to deal with.

FIVE stars is for the excellent work and effort put out by the four young men who were responsible for packing and loading, and unloading and bringing my things into my home at destination.

RITIK and MERSAL at the Barrie end of my move, carefully protected, packed and loaded everything that was in my very tiny apartment on the Barrie end of the move. They made sure things were wrapped properly and very carefully carried out to the truck. Then they carefully put all of it in the truck. They even helped out with things that I needed to do, such as reaching for things that I couldn’t reach, and moving around some things that I couldn’t move.

When I spoke to them they listened very carefully to what I wanted done. They were very friendly, positive, helpful and efficient. Very polite young men, and engaging. If I had a question about how they were going to do this or that, they were very good at explaining and providing the reasoning behind it. The only thing I might fault them with - but it’s not their fault, it is a fault of the company, - the company should be making this part of the process, - is there was no listing of items in or numbering of any of the boxes. I was given no list or manifest of everything that had been packed, loaded and moved.

On the Northwest Ontario end of the trip ILEK, quite a young man but very capable, was the driver of the truck that came to my house in Northwest Ontario.

LUTHFI was the young man who came from Winnipeg to help unload the truck once it got here. He also was extremely capable, just like the driver was.

Delivery was quite late.
Ilek arrived, about 8 o’clock or a little after and because it’s rural and because it’s Northwest Ontario there are mosquitoes - many. The driver was definitely not ready for that, arriving in shorts and had no mosquito repellent.

I found a spray can of mosquito repellent, he changed into long pants and he was good to go and I would add, very thankful for the repellent.

Ilek and Luthfi moved everything in, starting with my La-Z-Boy sofa bed. This is a full-size couch and the door they were going bring it through, they decided it wasn’t going to work, so they had to bring it in my garden door.

It took a lot of care and caution to get that in. Thank goodness that that La-Z-Boy couch I have has a bit of a soft top to the back of it and it fit in without too much work, squishing the top down little by little. They did have to take the FEET off and they had to put them back on. Once my couch was in, they started bringing in boxes and individual things. Finally they brought in the queen sized bed, which had to go around a corner and up some stairs. There was a little bit of concern there but eventually it worked as well.

They were finished around 10 PM.
I couldn’t thank them enough for all they did and everything they were so willing to accommodate me with.
The two employees at each end more than deserve a five star (or more if I could) rating.
They are awesome and they are the reason I finally did not really stress out about picking this company.

Lucas, the manager of my move was very good when I first connected with the company and was good throughout up to a point. I never felt that he I was able to answer to or fix the issues that I came across, connected with the move.

I have used Kratos service in the past , they were awesome, this is my 2nd time and I am sure would use them again in the future. I did request Elvin and Emil to return for the 2nd trip because these guys are really good, Emil could not make it the 2nd trip but we met Rovshen.
Rovshen and Elvin they were great! On time, very kind, and were really professional. They packed and wrapped everything. Would definitely recommend!

We booked Kratos moving on Monday June 10th to help pack us up before our big move, and it was a job. We needed so much help and they were there for us!! They were so gentle to our stuff and got us ready for our big day. If it wasn’t for them, I don’t know what we have done. They came on time and stayed late to make sure the job done!

Jason and David were friendly, personable, efficient and perfectly accommodating. They were careful, hard working and tireless in what turned out to be a 13 hour day, making 3 pick ups and moving me between Richmond Hill and Ottawa. Kudos. Great job.

We just had Jason, David and Richard move my mom from Guelph to Kingston and they were fantastic! Super friendly, kind and professional. Everything was in and out of both houses super quickly and nothing was damaged. My mom was super nervous initially about hiring movers and now is so thankful she did. Thank you to the three of you for making her move so much easier and lovely, it was very much appreciated by this family!

I had the pleasure of moving with David and Richard. Both provided a seamless and exceptional move. They were so pleasant and calm during the move, and they did it within the right time frame.
