I brought my boat in for some fiberglass repairs. Captain Dave was a pleasure to work with thru and thru. I emailed some pictures and received an estimate that was affordable and paired up with the final bill. Captain Dave is extremely knowledgeable and got my boat done as promised. I would definitely recommend him for your fiberglass needs.
Captain Dave was great to work with. I talked to him on the phone one morning, dropped it off that afternoon and had it back within a week despite all the afternoon thunderstorms. The bottom of the boat was cleaned and even gave my trailer attention in a couple spots that he noticed as well. Would recommend his service to anyone needing work on fiberglass or repairs.
I recently had the pleasure of using Captain Levi's fiberglass after damage to my sailboat endured by hurricane Milton. From the moment I reached out, Captain Dave was exceptionally professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Captain Dave always went above and beyond to assist me, including resolving an insurance headache! I am grateful to have come across captain Levi's fiberglass boat repair. I will be returning for all future needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top notch service. It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers- and this one is one!
I was very pleased to find Captain Levi’s in my search to get gel coat repairs done to my boat. They quickly provided an estimate via photos and then provided service at my house. The work was flawless and cannot even tell where the damage was. Thanks Captain Levi !
Amazing customer service, extremely quick turnaround time, emailed a couple pictures and was quoted very fast. Captain Levi is a great guy and takes care of his customers truly. I couldn’t recommend him enough.
Due to the hurricane on the other side of the Gulf in July (which pulled water out of the area), we hit something under the water (which we wouldn't have normally if waters were at regular depths) and it did some hull damage. We looked for places online to leave it since we were coming back in a month. When we called Capt. Levi's and talked to Capt. Dave he said he could fix it in that time frame. They also fix the jet ski rentals in the area so leaving our Yamaha Waverunner Cruiser would be in good hands. We picked it up on Aug. 9 and it looked like new! HIGHLY recommend this place! Rode in the area several days this week and had a blast!
I had some significant fiberglass / gelcoat damage in need of repair. I was also looking for someone mobile that could effect repairs while the boat was on the lift. After checking reviews and calling around I landed on Captain Levi's. Great communication was a huge plus. Jose responded to my house and got the boat looking like new in no time. Please doing business with these folks.
brought my boat in to captain Levi's with a soft transom ..... 10 minutes with Dave he walked m thru how bad my glass was and what needed to be done. after agreeing on price Dave had his crew de lam my transom new board and glass and re lammed in ... The guys at Capt Levi’s were off the chart good. I have 13 foot Boston Whaler that had several cracks in the boat and water was saturating the hull. They were able to dry it out and make repairs that are perfect. Highly recommend Capt Levi for all your fiberglass boat repairs.
What a great job Captain Dave did on my 223 Formula!
Was a I/O. Filled in the transom, added big knees from the transom and tied it all together. New plastic floors, fuel tank, and paint. Installed stainless marine outboard bracket.
Made a 50 year old boat better than brand new.
This is my third Formula and the best one yet.
I have known Capt. Dave Holley for 50 years. He used to work for my father-in-law, Tommy Carr.
I can't say enough about his super work and very fair prices.
Thank you Capt. Dave!

True craftsmanship and old school customer service. My new boat was loaded on a trailer for detailing. Needless to say what happened when you see the photos. I was never told and the detailers tried to cover the damage with cheap filler. You can imagine my disappointment when I first saw the cover up. Captain Levi was high class from the first call. He made the arrangements with the marina and made the repairs out of his mobile unit. I think the photos speak by themselves. You can not tell where was the original damage. He gave me an estimate based on my photos and the estimated work time. The estimate was very reasonable to begin with but It took him less time than it was foreseen and he adjusted the fee accordingly. How often do you see that? and did I mention that I still have not met him in person as my scheduled did not allow me. Everything was handled flawlessly through email and phone call. I highly recommend this company and I would trust this man my boat any day.
I initially made contact with Dave via telephone and he asked if I could email over the pictures to get an idea of the damage that needed repair. He promptly replied and said that the job cost would be approximately $400. I dropped the boat off and met Capt. Dave and Darren; they both seemed very knowledgeable in their craft. I stuck around to watch the repairs and I have a new appreciation for the work that is involved when making gel-coat repairs. The preparation, sanding, coloring, spraying etc… It’s a very involved process, and I can completely understand why you need a professional. If you are looking for honest work at a good price, give Capt. Dave a call.
