As always a great experience purchasing my F150 from these professionals here at Heritage Ford. Thanks guys see ya in about 5000 miles for my first lifetime oil change!
Another dealership that plays games with numbers to trick customers. Was given a buyers estimate and it had highly inflated government fees and sales taxes. When you mention it they won't even acknowledge it, even though numbers don't lie. I hope anyone that buys from here checks the dmv reg fees (government fees) and their sales tax percentage and make sure it is accurate before they buy. I bought from another dealership that was straightforward.
The staff at Heritage Ford are always professional and helpful and provide excellent customer service. They even will drop you off and pick you up when your vehicle is being serviced. Great job guys and gals!!!
The recall notice said nothing about having the car all day. I made an appointment for nine. I thought maybe it would take an hour or two. Then they told me it would take all day. It was nice that the shuttle gave me a ride home. I called multiple times. They said they’d call me back. They forgot about me. 5 o’clock shuttle went home so I had to find a ride back to Ford. I got there at seven. They left the keys with the sales person. I understand they were understaffed and busy, but for my experience, it wasn’t the best.
Bought my 2nd Ford in a row from Jerry Urban. The go to salesman at Heritage Ford! 2 at bats. 2 Home Runs! It had a at factory problem with it. So now it's time to bring up Nunie, the Service Manager. He hit it out of the Park! 3 Home runs! He took care of everything! Now I got my new Ford Escape Hybrid, and what a blast it's to drive! SALES, SERVICE. Worth the drive to Modesto from SAC! Next time I'm there I'll check out the Parts Department for some rear seat covers. I'm expecting another Home Run! Check them out!

I’d wanna recommend anyone who wants a Quality, dependable, and reliable car to come to Heritage Ford in Modesto . Talk to Johnson Yadigar & Robert Simon , shout out to there finance Fred. These Men made me feel like family. The took my trade in and gave me a generous amount for it. They worked as a team and got me in a newer car and drove away feeling right about the purchase.. free oil changes for life and if you know bout that it’s a relief to know that I don’t ever have to worry about that again.
From the time I stepped onto the lot I was treated with respect, no pressure. Andreh did a hell of a job. He went through all the function of the truck. He knew his vehicle, unlike other deals I met with. The whole team did a great job. They didn't drag out the process, much appreciated. I'm happy I purchased locally....so far.....lol! If your looking for a new vehicle, go see them.

I was told at a wheel shop my water pump was leaking, it needed replacement. I went to Heritage Ford, within minutes the Service Advisor had a Mechanic looking under the hood. The mechanic
took the time to explain the situation, then got on the phone to talk to my son. They didn't think the water pump was the problem, suggested
a diagnostic test. Turns out all it needed was a gasket replaced. I was saved hundred of dollars! Imagine my relief!
The Service Advisor was so nice throughout my entire experience. The gentleman who operates their shuttle vehicle also deserves praise. While waiting my turn to be dropped at my house, I witnessed the shuttle driver provide exemplary service to an older man who needed considerable help exiting the vehicle. I am a medical professional, I was totally impressed by the thoughtful care given to this older man. Thank you Heritage Ford, you earned my 5 Star Rating!

I bought my truck here 5 years ago and have brought it here for all service and oil changes. This last visit was the fastest I have ever been there for an oil change. Maybe 45 minutes before I was called up. Pleasant surprised. Great job
My third service on my new truck and every time a miss on service expectations.
1. Neglected to service DEF, what else was missed? Service manager did have the servicing re-accomplished.
2. Spilled DEF on side of truck and never cleaned up after servicing

Eddy was great helping us find the exact truck we wanted, and went above and beyond by staying late on Valentine’s Day to help us, and Fred made the purchase process as simple as possible. The staff were not pushy or overwhelming and it was an overall pleasant experience. Eddy did a great job explaining all of the truck functions and the Ford app before leaving and the manager got the truck washed for us the next day since we left with the truck late on Friday. Excellent service
Fred & Andres took care of us this past Saturday. They did an amazing job explaining the whole process as first-time buyers. We left the dealership very happy/ satisfied with their customer service. Arrived at my service appointment on time. Informed service tech that I had an appointment about an hour from when I checked in. Got the usual we will try our best. But in true Heritage fashion they pick you up at your actual appointment time making me over 15 minutes late for a ONCOLOGY appointment. The shuttle gentleman is super sweet! He dropped me off and even informed service folks to keep a look out for my call. When I called for the shuttle they left me on hold 15 minutes one time and 10 minutes the next. I was merely trying to get the shuttle to come pick me up so I could get back to dealership. Instead I had to wait there for a whole hour after all my medical stuff was finished. Some might like to believe this is just a coincidence but it happens every single time. Also when dropping off in the am I told them I needed to be back by a certain time to pick up my kids from school. So again more games car is ready at exactly the time I stated not a minute sooner but when I go out to leave conveniently they have me blocked in front and back. This service department is terrible they like to play games and the owner does nothing to these rude complacent service techs. Service is so terrible I’m looking to get rid of our Ford. The past three years of dealing with this dealership have been a nightmare. They are petty and like to play games. This is par for the course every single time I take our vehicle in there. When I brought it in earlier this week for the same service they called me right before shuttle went to lunch. I explained I was right across the street and needed a ride due to not being able to carry the bags due to my surgeons restrictions. I was basically told too bad and had to walk back with an arm full of bags cause they couldn’t take a couple minutes to come grab me. I was in a lot of pain being forced to walk back to dealership on my own. Who does this??? Don’t make the mistake we did buy elsewhere Heritage Ford service is complete crap. I will never do business with this dealership again!!
I love heritage for they're always so friendly and nice. The texts are very knowledgeable, and they get you out in a good time. And then this new service, where they bring it, drop the vehicle up back to you is absolutely awesome.So I can't say enough about noony or the rest of the crew there
We had a broken sway bar link on our Ford Explorer. My husband is unable to drive right now and Heritage Ford came and picked the car up, took it in to the shop, fixed it, and returned the car the next day. It was covered under warranty and there was no charge. Excellent customer service that will keep us as loyal cutomers!
As a two time customer of Heritage Ford I have had coverage for oil changes. Called the service dept. and had an appointment two days later. Oil change service was timely and efficient. Recommendations for future needs were duly noted.

I bought my vehicle 10 years ago now but I couldn't be happier with it. I drive a lot it has lots of miles, but it runs great. I take it for regular oil changes . And everyone there is so nice and very helpful.
Had a break light out and in spite of not having an appointment they fixed it. Had them perform lube and oil change as well. What impressed me however was the manner in which I was served. Rocky was especially helpful and very courteous and the bill was actually less than the estimate.
Great dealer with great sales team. I enjoyed my experience with heritage ford Modesto.
